It was only used to spend a night between consecutive business trips. I didn't feel uncomfortable in the room and the shared washroom, toilet, and shower room. It wasn't dirty. For breakfast, they served hot sandwiches. It was delicious. Drinks are in the form of a drink bar consisting of tea and water in plastic bottles, and orange juice in packs. It was a good time before work in the morning. If you don't eat breakfast, you may never meet your employees. Check-in uses the information provided in the email, so it may be stressful unless you are comfortable relying on the staff at the hotel.

The location was good as it was within 10 minutes of subway stations where you could use the Tokyo Pass, such as Akihabara and Kuramae Osachimachi.
As for the service, you shouldn't expect it except for the breakfast service on the 1st floor.
As for cleanliness, I have a sensitive nose, so there was a lot of dust and I had to constantly ventilate it.
The facility is built like a container box, so there is no elevator if the soundproofing is poor. If you are planning a trip with more than 2 people, we do not recommend it.
