The hotel is clean and the counter service is very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location. There are 711, McDonald's, Udon and various restaurants nearby. How come this hotel doesn't have a four-diamond rating? I don't know how it was rated. I was seriously misled when I booked the room. There were hairs on the edge of the wash basin, and there were foreign objects in the gap between the upper bunks that could be seen from the lower bunks. The hotel didn't even provide free drinking water, which was the first time I encountered this. I could only buy it at the supermarket. The air-conditioning was only warm on the upper bunk, and the lower bunk was very cold. The room was already crowded for three people. Is this a common phenomenon in Tokyo where every inch of space is valuable and rooms are small?
