Very cute, warm , small and petite lobby . Lobby would be the size of a large bedroom with a small sit out ( about 2 sofas) and desk . People at the desk are super friendly . Most can understand English at the desk and one of the front desk lady speaks impeccable english ( she stayed in US for few years ). I stayed in such a small room for the first time. If you are travelling with 2 suitcase, there is probably no space to put both of them. I didnt like the bed though : wrought iron bed , bit creaky and shaking. I personally like beds that you can sit and lean on while reading ... not possible here. The room lighting is very dim and i have never seen such small bathrooms/ shower before. The railway station is 10 minutes walk, many eateries right in front ( local japanese, turkish, Indian, american diner, Thai food ... most options available ). Shibuya

The Turn Table Hostel is a friendly hostel that provides dorms, share-bedrooms and single bedrooms. As a frequent traveller to Tokyo, I am fond of Shibuya because of its diverse range of activities, from shopping to dining, from exploring the city’s history to witnessing its continuous evolution. Turn Table Hostel is a lovely, cozy hostel that offers adequate facilities for travellers. During my stay at the Hostel, I chose a single bedroom with an individual bathroom. What surprises me the most is the food quality at the hostel’s restaurant - Turn Table Restaurant, on Level 1. Each traveller is eligible to taste either three kinds of sashimi OR Awa vegetable tempura for free if you want to dine inside the hostel restaurant. I chose vegetable tempura, of which the quality is good with decent presentation. I also ordered the sashimi seafood rice bento and a glass of red sangria for my dinner. Overall, the dinner was lovely, and the staff can generally speak good English.

It is close to my parents' elderly facilities and my sister's family, so I use 々. This is the only hotel I want in a perfect location. The front desk and the attitude and speed to deal with the problem are great, but I feel the aging of the building facilities. Especially air conditioner. When I stayed in winter, the temperature was not adjustable (whether it is hot or not. I got up many times in the middle of the night and adjusted it-I tell the hotel. The temperature adjustment in this room is also subtle (the hot day of May this year). The outdoor machine is exploding. The direction of the bidet in the shower toilet is right next to it at first and does not hit the butt. . . (Healed me immediately). Also, there is something that can be charged by USB near the bed. It's a standard of Le, but it's not. The deterioration of facilities and facilities that cannot be helped by human power, and the old place are conspicuous (compared to other hotels for those staying) I'll keep using it while complaining. Had a great time in Tokyo and stayed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel due to its location to NEX and was easy to navigate. Rooms were standard for Tokyo sizing and basic amenities all there. Rooms were comfortable and clean after long days outside, thank you!

Hotel is located across from the station, about 5-7min walk. the hotel is behind some building that's on the main road. Just gps it's general direction and walk towards it, then pay attention for writing/signs that direct you to the lobby. Hotel comes with its own mini plaza, with retail shops, food court, restaurant, kids bowling, convenient store, tax free shops, cosmetics, pharmacy, etc. Service is efficient and polite. The room is small obviously because it is Tokyo Japan. But the room is Japanese clean, so you can be sure that comfort level is there. Everything in the room serves a purpose and no space is wasted. typical Japan plastic cramped bathroom, yet very clean, spotless, feels newer, strong shower flow that will ease your full day of walking around town.

Adequate room size, clean (comes with air filter), complete amenities are provided and then some. They also have a self-service, first-come-first-serve locker/baggage room in case you arrive early before check-in time ( I believe it's also available if you checked-out and require a place to leave your luggage before moving to your next destination). Location wise, although it was manageable, it's still quite a distance from Shinjuku Stn and can be a challenge if lugging a suitcase or traveling with a kid. Overall is was a good experience, a nice comfortable space worth its price tag.

The hotel place is about 10mins walking distance from the nearby Hamamatsucho (JR Line) train station. The hotel vibrant gives off old antique looking. Initially the room provided to us has some wall cracks damages and the air ventilation has some issues, whereby it did not produce cool wind even when we put the room temperature at 20 degree Celsius. We have to feedback to request for a room change. Initially the hotel receptionist mention they are unable to provide another room due to unavailability, but much rounds of asking, we manage to get another room (still got little bit of wall cracks), but at least the air ventilation is working. The rest of stays are generally OK, whereby we do not have much complaints about it. We sincerely hope the hotel could look into this.

This hotel is excellent, location is very good, near many sights in Tokyo, staff are very nice, and really take consideration on our needs, will visit this hotel when we travel to Tokyo again.

It was an early morning flight, so I stayed the night before. I was closed for a while due to the corona disaster, but I am happy that it has resumed. The front desk staff and the bus driver are as expected! Needless to say, the room is clean, but the bed and sofa are also calm. Free drinks in the lobby lounge are also good If you dare to say, it would be nice to have a towel in the lounge. The faucet of the sink is good, but the water pressure of the shower is a little.
