Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The Rest house is very low categrory and the owner is lier and rude. Charges are very high and recommed not to stay here. i stayed on dated 15.04.2024 with my family for 8 hours. the experience was so horrible and bad. when i booked my room it was committed for AC but after 2 years the AC was switced off from Reception; when i asked about than the owner replied time is over. I booked in after noon 1.30PM and my train was @ 10.45. it was booked till 10.00PM but owner charged extra from me with asking that the time is over till 9.00PM only. I recommed all to not stay in the Rest house in any situation. The behaviour of staff and owner is also very rude and bad manner. we all were torutured after paying amount. There was false committtment and even ready to fight with us. i suggest all to not stay in any circumstances.

Hotel's location was good. It was near to bus stand. Hotel service was good. But check in and check out timings was not convenient. For a stay of 12 hours i had to book hotel for two days as the check in time starts from 12 pm. If you are checking in at 5am then you have to book room from previous day

Hotel springhill, tirupati, there is no hot water available. The room was filled with dust with the ac was on. The toilets were not completely hygienic. The atmosphere seems to be good, but the main problem we faced was the bed. The bed was not king-size. To make the reception a call, the intercom telephone was not working. So we would like to give only 3stars for the hotel

as per the price room was not upto the mark, costly bit as per the room. room was not clean , bedsheets were also not cleaned. ac remote was not working and it was at 19 °c always so we couldn't change the temperature. room was so chilled so we have to off the ac, though we have taken ac room but it was no use for us.washroom handshower was not proper, water leakage. room number was 402 for your reference.

All over the experience was good. Once must visit highly recommended services as well is pretty nice.
