Tirupati Hotels with Airport pickup service

Taj does not disappoint! Stayed here for 4 days with Family, service was outstanding. Team ensures you are well looked after. Rooms are very good and spacious. We stayed in Deluxe room and it was very comfortable. Breakfast is good and both restaurants in hotel are nice. You can go for food there and it’s delicious. Overall it’s 5 star property and service.

The general health situation is better, the environment is better, and the food is better. The location is on the edge of the city, behind the mountain, relatively quiet. The food is really good and worth recommending.

This is the first and last time to stay at this hotel again. The network is poor, and it is said that there is no personal shadow in the industry. The rice is expensive and unpalatable. I won’t come here to live in the future.

OUR RESERVATION WAS TAKEN CARE OF YOUR SALES MANAGER MR. NARESH, WHO'S PROMPT IN HIS REPLY AND ATTEND TO ALL OUR ROOM REQUIREMENTS. ALSO EITHER HIMSELF OR HIS STAFF REMINDS US A DAY BEFORE ABOUT OUR RESERVATION. CHECK IN IS SMOOTH AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THE ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE AND BED IS VERY NICE. WHEN WE COME TIRED, WE CAN SLEEP LIKE A BABY. THE BATH ROOM IS WELL MAINTAINED VERY WELL AND HATSOFF TO THE HOUSE KEEPING WHO ATTENDS TO YOUR EVEN MINOR NEEDS. THE RESTAURANT IS LUSH AND THE BREAKFAST IS FABULOUS. BUT THE SOUTH INDIAN THALI IS VERY SPICY WHICH CAN SUIT MAINLY TELEGU PEOPLE. SINCE TRIPATHI IS A PILGRIM PLACE PEOPLE FROM ALL PARTS OF INDIA VISITS. SO PLEASE LOOK INTO IT. OF COURSE ALA CARTE FOOD IS GOOD. WOULD LIKE TO MENTION ONE STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT MISS GAYATRI WHO PROMPLY ATTENDS TO THE CATERING NEEDS OF ALL THE GUESTS. ALSO ONE MISS AVANTHIKA. BOTH ARE VERY HOSPITABLE, POLITE AND HELPFUL. WHEN WE THINK OF TRIP TO TIRUPATI, FIRST THING COMES TO OUR MIND IS HOTEL PAI VICEROY, OF COURSE AFTER LORD VENKATESWARA. KEEP IT UP AND ALL THE BEST.

This hotel was not worth the pay. We reached at 1AM for the next day 4 '0clock Alipiri climbing. The room that was given to us was so good that, I regretted why I ever booked this hotel. The pillow covers were torn, and the bedsheets were wrinkled and spotty, with red marks and dirty. It was a used bed and room given without cleaning. When asked to change the blankets, the management were so reluctant and said we do not have extra pair of blankets. When asked to change rooms, they said all rooms are taken. When I insisted and persisted, they gave another room which was worst to the core. YAK! NASTY to even write this. Then after some fuss, they changed the bed sheets and no blankets. I know I came for Balaji's darshan and that is my agenda, so, could not keep fighting. I put my own saree and chunni as blankets to cover and continued to stay for two days, What hotel will charge the full price shamelessly. I asked for the morning manager and told him the ordeal of last night, that manager lied without even looking back that he had several nice rooms reserved EXCLUSIVELY for us. Shameless to core, I looked at him and asked for the owner. Now that owner lives in USA, so I cannot reach him. But know that you charged for no service. Money, Money Money is that matters to you and not service. Please improve, you will atleast have satisfaction that you charged for the service you provided. The managers took pictures and had the pictures of the nasty beds. The toilets were clean and well maintained, room was okay and the free breakfast was good. I have to mention that.

This hotel was next to Tirupati bus stand. Some of the facilities available.are - 01. Separate car arrangement is done for local trips and to distant places.. 02. Good restaurant facility.. 03. Spacious parking for 6-10 cars.. 04. Good front desk approach.. 05. Rooms good and neat. 06. Lunch - good preparation.. Remarks - Soap and shampoo provided could be improved. Sanitation facility should be frequently checked..

The travel Vinayak travels run by Mr. Raghu was truly outstanding. We come Tirupati every year with family & we hire transport of Mr. Raghu. Excellent service provide. I had a great experience. The vehicle was neat and clean, the driver was polite and helpful and more importantly he made sure we could connect to our destination in time. All in all a great experience.

A good layout with huge scope for improvement in front office sraff negotiation clarity, room hygiene as well as internal hotel premises neatness. We opted for hourly stay they said USD 12 (1000 INR) for AC cubicle but alloted non AC. When queried at front office, repkying rudely that ” why arguing? I told non ac only ( lying clearly) If you want AC pay USD 4 extra (300 INR) so we paid in cant but mode and shifted. Room is not bad but worst wash room. Whenever you enter inside direct flow of ac vent drain falls on your head. Ineffective WIFI. Walk a ways, lobby is dirty & unwanted materials thrown here and there. Since this prperty is in prime location subject to mgmt concentrates on improvement, can prosper. Not issued bill also.

I think it is a very convenient location for transportation. The hotel was kind and I had a good rest. The room was large enough. This is a hotel I definitely want to stay next time.
