Had a great week with my family . Staff were fantastic, no faults whatsoever. Facilities were absolutely fabulous. A massive thanks to all the staff and especially to jojo the head of customer service for her recommendations from restaurants to activities… definitely recommend to all those querying coming - the walsh family.

Un grand merci à laurent et ses équipes pour la qualité de notre séjour, tout était parfait et personnalisé. Nous avons vécu une expérience client exceptionnelle digne d’un grand 5 étoiles. Emplacement idéal, qualité des équipes dans tous les services de l’hôtel, le ski room est génial et au petit soin pour nous, départ à ski de l’hôtel. Nous avons adoré les 2 restaurants ( un savoyard et l’autre avec des mets raffinés dans une ambiance feutrée. Le spa est très agréable avec des soins cocooning parfait pour se remettre de la journée ski. Grand plus le nouveau jacuzzi vu montagne Excellente literie et chambre très confortable bien équipée avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, je recommande vivement. Prochaine fois nous viendrons avec les enfants il y’a même un kids club et un bowling salle de jeu Pour résumé on arrive à l’hôtel et on s’occupe de nous dans les moindres détails, c’est ce que nous aimons. 🙏🏻 au Diamond rock

Our stay at the Diamond Rock Hotel in Tignes was truly unforgettable. The ski-in, ski-out location is unbeatable—just steps from the slopes, making skiing incredibly convenient, and close to great restaurants and après-ski spots. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending luxury with alpine charm, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain. However, the real five-star experience was JoJo. Each morning at breakfast, she greeted us with her warmth, expert knowledge of the ski areas, and fantastic recommendations for local activities and restaurants in both Tignes and Val d’Isère. She didn’t just offer advice—she created experiences. JoJo personally hosted us at La Folie Douce, giving us an incredible VIP tour and making sure we had an unforgettable time. Her energy and commitment to making every guest feel special truly elevated our stay. We found the casual restaurant to be our favorite, as the French fine dining option wasn’t quite to our taste. That said, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially in the ski room, where they were always accommodating. Overall, it was a wonderful family holiday with my fiancé and our loved ones, and we will definitely be coming back!!!

We spent five days at the Diamond Rock and from the beginning the experience was spectacular. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Everything here has been thought in depth and details are everywhere: small chocolates in the room, bottles of water, cakes and tissues when you arrived from the slopes. The spa closes at 8pm which is a fantastic touch. We enjoyed the food at both restaurants.

What a beautiful hotel. The hotel was incredibly comfortable and the service exceptional. This hotel is a genuine ski in - ski out hotel too - with breathtaking skiing minutes from the boot locker. The boot locker was managed by 3 very helpful people - Jeanne, Corentin and Rohain who were fabulous. Also a special mention to JoJo who was a great hostess and very helpful many times. We were there for a family ski and to celebrate a major birthday and it was perfect. Highly recommended.
