Stayed as a group of 5 families (10 adults and 10 children) and overall had a fantastic time. Smooth check in and really appreciated the restaurant staying open a bit late as our arrival was delayed. Matisse and the rest of the team were great throughout the week and we had two reserved tables for the whole stay. Overall food was of a good standard although would have been nice to have the option of salad with the evening meals and more vegetables. Plenty of seating in the lounge but could do with a kids area for them to play/let off some steam without disturbing other guests. There is a pool table but it’s quite a small space. Good drinks options at the bar. Pool and spa were great features and spa treatments reasonably priced and enjoyable. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable beds. Great location with ski hire shop and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. Ski in and ski out was good too. Heated boot room was great! Overall it was a great hotel and we would recommend.

Lovely hotel and lovely people we had an amazing experience. Only issue is the hotel is on a hill and 10 minute walk to the ski lifts etc - so walking back from the ski lifts etc is hard work after a days skiing. Also, the ramp leading to the hotel is full of ice so we had to carry the buggy up the stairs. We slipped down the ramp initially. We did make the reception aware

Ensemble peu entretenu, souvent sale. Service à table indigne d’un 4 étoiles, serveurs négligés. Les tables ne sont pas débarrassées avant 8h et les serveurs récupèrent sur les tables les couverts qui semblent propres pour les remettre en service ! Salles de bain ridicules dans des chambres non climatisées sans réfrigérateurs ou bar. De l’air froid pénètre dans la chambre, les fenêtres ne sont plus étanches. On pourrait poursuivre ainsi la description

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles: chambre vieillotte, mal isolée, mal chauffée, très petite salle de bains (2x2m), baignoire abîmée, robinetterie obsolète, plan de vasque fendu. Au restaurant, les plats auraient pu être bons s’ils avaient été servis chaud; le personnel n’est pas au niveau, négligé au petit déjeuner où les tables ne sont pas débarrassées avant 8h00, les plans de travail ne sont pas nettoyés: tout traîne… sale… et je m’arrête là, car de tout façon nous ne reviendrons pas.

Un bon établissement bien placé (si on ne veut pas aller en ville trop souvent car ça grimpe), belle vue, 5eme ou 6ème séjour en 10 ans. On est fidèle. On ressent une nette baisse de qualité cette année (dernier séjour en 2022). Serveurs qui n'ont pas le minimum requis pour l’école hôtelière (pas de service par la droite, pas de service de la femme en 1er, pas de souvenir de qui a commandé quoi, l’eau n’est pas servie, le pain pas reproposé si fini), quantité des aliments en baisse, le spa, qui compte pour ⅓ de notre choix : piscine froide, douche de pluie en panne, accueil glacial du personnel, pediluve a 0•, d’ailleurs la piscine si prise d’habitude est restée vide toute la semaine. Plus de resto aux choix avec le nouveau groupe mais beaucoup de plats communs. On sent de l’économie partout, pas de plaids sur les terrasses, qui ne sont pas entretenues et ont des trous. Plus de nappes sur les tables.
