The hotel is beautiful, the customer service is outstanding and the location is optimal if you want to stay connected with the beaches, but be able to rest at night. The swimming pool and the service there is also worth to highlight. We had a great time and we definitely will go back. If you have children there's a pool for them and a playground too with people that will take care of them as well. Loved this hotel! The only downside was that the wifi on the room I was staying wasn't good, but that doesn't change the experience at all!

I went to Tibau Lagoa with my husband and friends, we were hired in two rooms. Quartos, local, comida, praia, ambientes, tudo simplesmente divino! Um pedacinho do céu próximo a Pipa. Foram dias incríveis e memoráveis, com certeza voltaremos. Até agradeço aos 198 degraus diários, para manter a forma :) E aos funcionários em geral, mas destaque para Vivi e Roberto, uns amores de pessoas!

O Hotel promete muito pelo Insta, mas entrega pouco. Está localizado em uma visão privilegiada para o mar com um por do sol maravilhoso. Tem um deck é um lounge muito bonitos. Os chalés estão localizados em meio a um jardim e árvores belíssimos. As camas e roupas de cama muito boas. Chalés são confortáveis também. No entanto, a conservação dessa estrutura deixa a desejar, se vê fiação a mostra, cadeiras da piscina com ferrugem, o café da manhã foi vergonhoso: não tinha pão!!! Parecia que as poucas frutas que tinham eram do dia anterior. A impressão é que o hotel está abandonado. Não é sujo, mas precisa ser melhor conservado. Tem pessoas trabalhando mas parece que são necessários mais colaboradores pelo tamanho e localização em meio às árvores. Pelo preço da diária tem opções muito melhores no centro de Pipa. Parece que no passado foi muito bom, mas agora está muito decadente! Tínhamos reservado três diárias e só usamos duas. Voltamos para Natal, mesmo porque Pipa e bastante longe do aeroporto e nosso voo era muito cedo. Então, hospedagem ruim aliado a necessidade de estar cedo no aeroporto optamos por onerar o passeio, mas ter um último dia de conforto nas férias e retornamos ao Serhs Natal (excelente)!
