When I left the store, I asked when the deposit would be refunded? The hotel front desk said that it would be credited to my account in the afternoon. At 5:30 pm, I found that it had not been credited to my account while I was waiting for the high-speed train. I called the hotel to ask. The front desk checked and told me that my colleague had forgotten to do it and would do it right away. I was so upset. Not to mention that I think hotels that pay in advance should not collect deposits, the deposit refund operation was also inconsistent with the professional standards of a five-star hotel.
