毛巾：一次性的，薄如紙巾，洗完澡衹擦幾下頭髮就完全濕透了，非常不好用吹風機：主動要才送過來床單：有污漬，不知道是啥停車位：説有停車位，其實是你到了之後得自己在路邊找不堵路的地方停

民宿酒店，在景區裡邊，裡邊有好多的民宿，剛進去不太好找。衹能説一般吧，入住的當天發現被子枕頭不是很乾凈，讓酒店工作人員來重新換一套，等了好久才弄好，習慣性好評吧

不滿意的點如下：
1.屋子裡感覺衞生狀況不是很好，枕頭是黃黃的感覺臟，和前台小姐姐換了一個感覺也沒那麼乾淨
2.整個房間隔音很差，早上七八點開始外面的聲音聽的清清楚楚的就無法入睡了
3.電視設施也比較差，屏幕很小，剛開始打電話給小姐姐説wifi原因無法觀看，搞了半天才連上網
4.拖鞋感覺不乾淨，有一種穿了立馬得腳氣的感覺
4.唯一比較好的點是小姐姐服務還行，和她説一些問題會來解決，但是硬件擺在那確實也不是通過服務可以解決的
假期500塊就是冤大頭了，價位100-200也還可以住。

大年初四計劃去國清寺，提前一天住到附近。經常帶着狗狗出來旅遊，酒店不方便，又不太喜歡農家樂的感覺，大部分會選擇入住民宿。看了裝修風格和評價選擇了這家，提前溝通了帶狗事宜。600元一晚，這衞生狀況還真的不如有的農家樂。服務熱情談不上，可能是因為過年忙，能理解，有一説一，有問題找他們還是能夠及時給予反饋。不過服務熱不熱情無所謂，乾淨整潔是最基本的要求了。入住時候就發現床上有頭髮，想着可能過年忙，阿姨打掃的沒那麼仔細，沒找店家反映，自己撿掉了。等下午外面轉完了回來，才發現房間衞生差，有些問題看的出來並不是因為過節忙疏忽而導致。枕頭上有明顯的大片污漬，店家説是上任客人精油弄上去的洗不掉，如果洗不掉是不是就不應該再給別的客人使用了，客人分不清到底是精油印跡還是什麼臟東西。淋浴房玻璃污漬明顯，馬桶一圈黃，這應該平時的衞生就沒搞好。洗手液的瓶子臟兮兮，我用水清洗後污漬還是洗不乾淨。服務存在明顯瑕疵。入住當天告知早餐是7點20-8點40，晚上看到網上説國清寺交通管制，我們想着第二天早點吃完就出發，一早7點多下去，大廳裏沒人也沒任何準備早餐的跡象，電話聯繫店家，説是改時間了，8點開始，晚上忙就忘了通知我們，時間來不及沒吃就退房了。入住的體驗和網上差距很大，應該是這麼多年住過的民宿衞生和體驗最差的一家了，看了其他客人的評論我都懷疑自己是不是住了家假村野。

環境很好，主要是人好，我堵在高速上，凌晨三點才到，下着雨，民宿的人打着傘過來接我，非常貼心的給我準備了很多東西，讓我感到很温暖
