I especially like the layout of the forest in the lobby, and every corner is suitable for taking pictures. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, the modern and simple style is elegant, the bedding and hygiene are impeccable, the price is super high, it is definitely the perfect place to travel to Tiantai Mountain!

I’m an international traveler from California, USA, and this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! I normally book only five star hotels for my family (my husband, four year old, and myself) and this hotel in Tiantai truly blew us away. The design and decor is gorgeous - it transports you to a zen garden complete with sophisticated greenery and koi pond. The koi pond is beautiful and the fish are so healthy. The hotel staff was also extremely kind and accommodating, Miss Zhang walked us to a restaurant the first day we arrived and DingDing was really sweet to our four year old son. The service was the best and I didn’t feel like I had issues communicating, even with my limited Chinese, and with my family not speaking any Chinese. My husband had work calls with California at a ridiculous hour (4 am to 8 am!) and they let him use the tea room for his video calls. The value for this place is also amazing - this was the least expensive hotel I have stayed in, and also the best! I really feel like this hotel was the passion project of someone who had a grand vision and great taste. The Le Labo toiletries were such an unexpected treat. I have family in Tiantai so I will definitely be back and I can’t wait to stay here again!

The new hotel opened, all facilities are new, the hotel provides free laundry service, which is very friendly to the crowds traveling in summer. Going out is the old street of Luxi, which is very lively at night. Less than 4 kilometers away from the Guoqing Scenic Area, it is convenient to call a car. The lobby has a luggage storage box similar to the Japanese subway station, self-storage, which can be stored for 24 hours. Luggage can also be stored at the front desk. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby and water is picked up. Temporary office stations are also very good.

Because the parking spaces are shared with the scenic area, it is difficult to find parking spaces during peak hours, but there are plenty of parking spaces at normal times. Because I have two kids, I booked a two-bedroom room. I didn't expect that the lights in the two rooms are controlled in a unified way, and there are spotlights installed above the bed. It hurts my eyes, and they can't be turned off individually. I'm speechless 😅 I guess the designer has never designed a hotel.
