The hotel is in a great location. There are many things to see in the area. We enjoyed taking night walks while there. Unfortunately, we booked a non-smoking room and the room definitely was not. It also seemed like counters had not been wiped down before we entered the room. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again because of the location.

The hotel is located three to four minutes' walk from the subway entrance of the Cancer Hospital and 10 minutes' walk from the Olympic Sports Center. It is a single building that is very safe and convenient. There are many takeaways around. The hotel is clean, the service is considerate, and it is very cost-effective. It is worth recommending!

The room is spacious and suitable, not as small as a fast hotel, and is equipped with a refrigerator, which is very suitable for family travel. The place to stay in Tianjin! We always stay here when returning to Tianjin. Location is the best and service is outstanding. Take Metro Line 1 - Exit XiaoBaiLou station and go out the A or D exit. A is shorter but D exit has less stairs (if you are pulling luggage). As you exit you will see the hotel directly in front of you. Rooms are of a classic design with solid walls ensuring a good sleep. Windows can be opened which is a nice feature. Staff are all very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. There are many shops, restaurants, parks and other attractions all within walking distance or short metro ride. We did not have the hotel breakfast this time but on prior visits it has been fantastic. Tianjin is well known for great breakfasts - do not miss the Jianbing guozi ! After some confusion in the beginning with my room, it was finally sorted and I had a great stay in the Deluxe room. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from 5 Avenues. Breakfast was okay. Wished they had more western variety.

The air conditioner is powerful. Although it is on a high floor, the water pressure is sufficient and the shower water is large and hot. However, there is no anti-slip mat or floor towel in the bathroom, so it will be a bit slippery after taking a shower. The room size is OK, the bedding is comfortable and soft. I have to complain about the curtains, which are relatively thin and cannot block light. There is light leakage on both sides. I thought I slept until noon, but it was only six in the morning. . .

And I feel that I can eat well and I am really a conscience in the industry. I heard that there are also stir-fried dishes for lunch and dinner. Five stars for service: The lady at the front desk is nice, provides good service, and is very enthusiastic. A busy guest like me can patiently solve all the problems encountered. Unlike other hotels where the front desk will give you an extremely impatient look if you ask something.
