The hotel was newly renovated and just opened, presumably rushed and poorly prepared to open before the National Day holiday. There was a noticeable smell of renovation in the hallways, but the rooms were fine; they must have been treated to remove the odor, as there was no smell inside. The rooms were large, clean, and the facilities were new and functional, but there were some shortcomings in the details: 1. The towels and bath towels were brand new, so there was some lint clinging to the skin after use. 2. There were no hooks or racks for hanging clothes and towels in the bathroom, so you had to come out naked after showering to get them, which was a little awkward. 3. It's mosquito season now, and although there were no mosquitoes in the rooms, the hotel didn't provide electric mosquito repellent, which was clearly a lack of consideration. 4. The hotel has too few parking spaces, which might be inconvenient for those driving. There are some paid parking lots nearby, but they are a bit far, about a 5-minute walk. Location: The location is pretty good, about a 3-5 minute bike ride from the subway station. It's right next to the main entrance of Beining Park, which is a nice park worth a visit. In the alley opposite the park's main entrance, there's a breakfast stall and a stone-ground mung bean pancake stand. There was a queue for the pancakes, so I didn't try them. The breakfast stall was great; several women were busy making food. The fried dough sticks and tofu were delicious, as were the fried dough sticks and soy milk. The wontons looked good too, but I couldn't eat them, so I didn't order any. It's a popular breakfast spot for local residents, and I think it's better than the breakfast stalls in Honghu.
