The location of the hotel is very good, it is convenient to go anywhere, the front desk service is professional and enthusiastic, the room is clean and spacious, and the soundproofing is very good. The smart housekeeper is very convenient. The overall experience is very good. I will stay here again next time I come to the nearby area

Environment: The location is in the central area, just opposite the Wudadao scenic area The entrance is unexpectedly old... I was stunned when I saw it, but it was okay when I walked into the lobby. The structure of the room is similar to that of an old hotel Sanitation: Very good and clean Service: The service is very enthusiastic during holidays, and the children were given dolphin balloon lollipops! I really like the balloons! But it’s a pity that I can’t take them home on the high-speed rail Facilities: I smelled a sour and offensive smell when I checked in, similar to the smell of damp wood! There was no vacant room for room change during the May Day holiday, and the hotel also brought an air purifier, but it didn’t work very well... The children like the layout of the room very much!

This is an amazing hotel. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have amenities like a pool table, gym and laundry room that are in good shape. Plus the location is perfect. Right on a main street near the river.

I have a family of 5 - 4 elderly and 1 young person. The location was blocked because of road works. We had a hard time carrying the luggage from the place of drop-off and navigating to the hotel location. There is no place for breakfast except Mcdonalds nearby. Due to Tianjin regulations, their heater was on. The only solution is to open the windows. The hotel staff had tried their best to make it more pleasant, by bringing a humidifier and a fan.

Beautiful hotel with great service and great location. Highly recommended for all travellers. Comes with complete amenities, including Xiaodu who helps to take care of lighting, curtain, etc...Perfect for our vacation!

This hotel is amazing. New, clean, staff are super nice. Coffee machine at the lobby. Standard room was already super spacious and nice but they upgraded me to their loft because of a confusion in reservation, and it was fantastic. The breakfast quality is high, with both western and Chinese local selections. They provide free beverages in the room as well as water and welcome drinks upon arrival. Highly recommend!!!

great and convenient location, except slightly far from the metro station. the place and environment is perfect. clean units. might be difficult to find this place for the first time as local map and GPS might bring you to the other entrance. but once you know how to go to the hotel, it is easy to travel and move around in tianjin

Nice hotel, everything felt new. Convenient for the Xikanglu metro station, a seven or eight minute walk. The room was large as was the bed. Negative points: it took quite a while for hot water to come through the shower, Also they were a bit stingy with shower soap and toilet roll - both were 50 to 75% used when I arrived and neither was replenished during my two day stay. Also I felt the receptionists were a bit 'cold'. Overall though I felt comfortable and would choose to stay there again.

I didn't order breakfast, but the local breakfast in Tianjin is very rich. The location is in a busy area, and it is very close to various attractions by car. The hotel parking is free and the room price is reasonable. The bedding and pillow experience of Atour is as good as ever. The only thing I didn't experience was the front desk staff who were very bad and impatient when we checked in that day, but I learned a lot. The staff in the government hall can't compare to his momentum!
