Tianjin Heping District 3-star Hotels

I stayed with family for two nights and got room on the 22nd floor, which afforded a splendid view, especially at night. The hotel is very close to the subway station, which is very convenient to explore the city. Breakfast was good with both Western and local food items. However, if they could add more options for juices, it will further make breakfast better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

This was our second time staying here and the expectation was definitely met. When we stayed previously, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need. This time, the kitchen was a little bare, so we asked management for a microwave to heat up leftovers and he brought it by that same afternoon. This was great service! There usually isn't anyone at the front desk, but there is a number that you call and he will come assist you immediately. I will be coming back each time I visit Tianjin.

The only problem is that the sound insulation is not good. You can even hear the sound of TVs and snoring in other rooms at night. However, there are not many hotels with good sound insulation. Generally speaking, it is acceptable. If you are a light sleeper, it is recommended to prepare earplugs.

Service rendered by 小雨 during check in was very pleasant and professional. She attended to all my special requests, and the allocation of the room was perfect as I prefer quiet room. The hotel itself is a Inn but it was very comfortable and clean. I like the fact that there window in the room which can be open slightly to allow fresh air into the room. Loved the bed it was very comfortable which really allowed me to have a good rest. Will definitely come back again as the location is very convenient.

The location is extremely convenient; the subway entrance is just a right turn from the hotel exit. It's ideal for those who prefer minimal walking! The hotel's facade is quite attractive, giving off a luxurious, five-star vibe. My suggestions would be to make the elevator air conditioning cooler and to add more fragrance in those areas. However, upon checking in, I noticed a lingering smoke smell in the room from the previous guest. The attached photos are of Tianjin Station, just across the river, and Jiefang Bridge – both are very close to the hotel.

I hope that I can stay in this hotel again when I come to Tianjin next time. 1-The window is difficult to open, because it is decorated inside the building, so the outside window is difficult to open and close for ventilation. 2-I don’t know which **** designer designed this lamp distance, which is only 1100 or 1200 from the ground. The frame hits the head and the lamp is almost broken. Anyone who has been to elementary school will not install lamps like this. (Turn on the light, turn off the light, get up, and take things will hit the head, which is very speechless) 2-The network speed is very poor, almost the same as the high-speed rail, it is impossible to play games, the signal is always red, change WiFi, ** can’t see well, if you don’t like playing with your mobile phone, don’t like opening windows for ventilation, don’t like activities, and people without children can choose to stay. 3- Breakfast, too busy with few people, the coffee machine can't make water, and it's hard to fill it with water, but it's short of beans. No one cares if you can't change to drip coffee, do you have to use that broken coffee machine? Or there are no plates, no dishes, and they said they would eat at off-peak times. I thought there would be a lot of people, but when I went into the restaurant, there were probably about ten tables in total, and there were simply no service staff. In theory, this hotel is not the most ordinary express hotel, at least it's better than Rujia. I feel that it is comparable to Orange Crystal, Atour, and so on. However, the breakfast is really not half as good as Rujia. There is really nothing to eat. Can you please go and check it out? 4- The sound insulation of the hotel is not very good! 5- Because the window can't be opened, the room smells very strong, like the smell of a very old hotel.

Very centrally located and just a short distance to 2 lines of the metro system. A few malls with great restaurants are situated around the hotel. However, it is a bit old, and will do very well after a much needed upgrade. Overall, we are very appreciative of the service staff who took the extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable.
