Staying at this hotel during my National Day holiday trip to Tianjin was a great experience. Jennifer arranged a very comfortable room for me. There are also many popular spots nearby to check out, and the transportation is very convenient. Overall, it was excellent.

Pros: Good location next to Hai river, Close to popular attractions such asTianjin Eye, Riverside walk, St Mary's Catholic church, old Cultural old streets, DaBei temple etc. Comfortable spacious executive deluxe room with solid well designed furniture 3 clothes washer & dryers in laundry room on L2. Gym & Yoga room There is Chinese Halal cafe serving authentic northern Chinese cooking and alcohol lic beverages. Cons: only 2 lifts servicing the whole hotel ( 300 rooms over 7 floors). Breakfast buffet seating like canteen as well as canteen food quality. Our executive deluxe room at level 7 (top floor) overlooking dirty roofs of neighbouring old buildings.Room no tea cup.

Absolutely stunning, very big, very clean, and located in the center of everything, a short distance from the Italian styles town and the Tianjin eye.. front desk very was a little bit slow maybe because she was working alone and we had to wait for a some time to get checked in, overall excellent service

This hotel is about 20 years old, and while its facilities are a bit dated, it's remarkably clean, and the view is absolutely stunning, with the Haihe River nightscape visible right from the window. As a long-standing chain, it still possesses a certain classic charm. Getting around mostly requires ride-hailing services, as it's quite a distance from any subway stations. However, I personally loved the option of going for an evening walk along the Haihe River, which was a big plus for me. The Ferris wheel is roughly 200 meters away, and right next to it, you'll find bustling night market food stalls, creating a wonderfully vibrant atmosphere on summer nights.

We have booked 3 rooms for our few days' stay. All of us find that this is an excellent place. The room is clean, the location is wonderful, and all the staff provide excellent service. They're caring, helpful, and very friendly. All the best to them!! Next to the hotel, there are many good places to dine in.

Overall, the environment is good, newly renovated, modern, with separate wet and dry areas. I suggest putting a shelf in the bathroom for your toiletries. The corridor smells, probably because it's new. The room is okay, but the service is a little lacking. I booked a room for two nights, and on the second day, after cleaning, there was no toilet paper on the table in the room or in the bathroom. I only discovered it in the middle of the night when I went to the bathroom. It was too late and didn't bother the service staff. Overall, it's good. I hope your suggestions will be adopted.

I have been to Tianjin many times. This time I brought my sister and brother's family to Tianjin for sightseeing and eating. My sister-in-law and her family wanted to stay near the Ferris wheel. We accidentally discovered this hotel. It looked good and we booked it decisively. It exceeded our expectations after arriving. The location of the hotel is so good. When you walk out of the hotel to the left, you will see Wanghai Tower, Li Shutong's former residence and Ancient Culture Street, and to the right is the Ferris wheel. It is very comfortable to walk along the Haihe River in the morning and evening. The hotel has an elegant environment and a reasonable layout of the rooms. The beds are also very comfortable. It is very pleasant to sit at the small table in front of the window and drink tea while watching the scenery of the Haihe River (two rooms were booked, one of which is a viewing room). Special thanks to the beautiful lady working at the front desk on the morning of the 25th. She was beautiful and kind and helped us delay the check-out at 2 o'clock (because we took the train back to Beijing at more than 3 o'clock in the afternoon). At the same time, I want to say that the hotel is generous and provides enough mineral water for us tea lovers (we wanted to exchange the drinks in the refrigerator for mineral water to drink tea, but the hotel said no need to exchange). Close to the subway station, easy access, cheap subway, free upgrade to a larger room, good service here, waiters are smiling, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the water is not enough to pick up at the service front desk, and there is free afternoon sugar water, night snack, The guests are very thoughtful and comprehensive, the price is not expensive, the breakfast variety is many, it is recommended.

Had an excellent stay, the standards of this brand of hotels is always consistently good. The staff at this location were extremely welcoming and attentive. Will go above and beyond. There is a subway station right next door making getting around very simple and convenient. The rooms are clean and quiet, there is also very convenient and easy to use laundry facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights, and the value for money was mediocre. Although the room was spacious, it came with quite a few issues. The first room we were assigned had a non-functional TV. We were then moved to a different room, but upon entering, there was a strange smell. When I asked the cleaning lady, she explained it was coming from the air conditioning ducts. The hotel is old and somewhat run-down, so I just had to put up with it. It was late, so I didn't bother asking for yet another room. I kept the window open all night and had to leave it open every day thereafter; otherwise, the odor was unbearable. Whenever I tried to call the front desk, the line was perpetually busy. I noticed reviews from May already mentioning this, and it's still unresolved by late August. Yet, on just the first day of my stay, they were already pressing me to add them on WeChat and leave a 5-star review. This kind of aggressive push for a 5-star review so early on is simply absurd. I've stayed in countless hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. Focusing on the practical details and actual service should be their top priority, shouldn't it? Apart from the friendly cleaning lady, the rest of the staff were quite indifferent.
