It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to local attractions. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Room is small but clean, I only manage to open one luggage at one time, just book bigger room if you need bigger space. Breakfast is simple, can just skip it. Location is very good, there are many museums and eatery places nearby.

Location is the best! With in walk distance to many attractions in the city, the staff is extremely friendly and check in was fast and organized. The rooms are so clean and modern, really loved my stay! The buffet choices are very delicious I recommend to include the breakfast it in your stay!

Booked for 3 nights with breakfast but one of the breakfast was served as take away from other place due to the hotel restaurant not operated for the mid-autumn festival and it did not worth the money we paid for it. The room that we booked was for 2 single-bed and it was quite spacious and it allowed us to check in before 12pm. But the towels for the second day were not replaced for clean one.

Hygienic: Towels, floors and quilts have hair/hair not cleaned, overall looks clean Facilities: As soon as I entered the room, I found a smell of smoke. I thought it was left by the previous tenant, and then the ventilation was better. As a result, I came back after I went out and there was a smell of smoke, indicating that there was a problem with the ventilation pipe and there was a leak. Service: The service is very good, the red-haired front desk is very enthusiastic, and I try my best to change the room (although there is no extra house) Environment: The hall is very strange, the pillars fall in strange places, and the space is very broken. The hotel is very close to the Tianjin Eye, which is a 10-minute walk away. It is also not far from the Ancient Culture Street, which is a 15-minute walk away. Opposite the hotel is the Haihe River, which has a nice view. The hotel is a new hotel, full of technology. You can turn on and off the lights, curtains, and TV by calling Xiaodu... The breakfast is OK, but it's a pity that there are no pancakes and meat buns. There are plenty of watermelons and cantaloupes to eat. A milk and a piece of bread are delivered every night, which is very considerate. The bathroom is not too big, but the hot water is very large, and it is very refreshing to take a shower.

Had an excellent stay, the standards of this brand of hotels is always consistently good. The staff at this location were extremely welcoming and attentive. Will go above and beyond. There is a subway station right next door making getting around very simple and convenient. The rooms are clean and quiet, there is also very convenient and easy to use laundry facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was newly renovated and had a bit of a smell, but the environment was very good, comfortable and sanitary. The window on the 16th floor faced the Tianjin Eye. The young man and young lady in the lobby were very attentive and responsive. We were also upgraded to an executive twin room for free. The restaurant environment was very good, the food was rich, and there were freshly made noodles, rice noodles and wontons. In short, everything was satisfactory.

We have booked 3 rooms for our few days' stay. All of us find that this is an excellent place. The room is clean, the location is wonderful, and all the staff provide excellent service. They're caring, helpful, and very friendly. All the best to them!! Next to the hotel, there are many good places to dine in.
