The view is great, but the pancakes are not right, too soft and too salty. It's a disgrace to Tianjin. The room is OK, clean and comfortable. The old lady at the buffet on the first morning was not very polite. She was not on duty when I entered, and asked me while I was eating, ”Do you have a ticket?” Her tone was as if I was here to eat for free.

The spacious round bathtub was a definite highlight. Overall, both the facilities and service were excellent; it felt much newer than we had expected. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety. All in all, it was a truly wonderful experience, and it will be our first choice for any future visits to Tianjin. At check-out, the kind lady at the front desk gave the children various gifts, which was a truly heartwarming gesture. The kids were absolutely delighted and said they can't wait to stay here again!

The hotel was excellent!modern with great facilities!the staff was very helpful,kind and their hospitality was amazing.Breakfast was great! The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom most of the times smelled as someone smoked in.the cleaning lady was smoking on the floor most of the times . Despite that everything was excellent and we definitely would recommend the hotel!

I forgot to take a picture of breakfast, but it was very varied, plentiful, clean, and hygienic. One thing I didn't quite understand was the heated toilet seat – it seemed unnecessary and hard to clean. Bottled water was free to take. For deliveries from JD.com and other couriers, the delivery personnel were consistent and familiar with the hotel's location, so deliveries arrived at a pretty fixed time every day, which was good. The price is mid-range, and it's a great value if you have multiple people staying!
