The location is pretty good, right opposite the Olympic Sports Center. The hotel isn't far from the subway station, making it very convenient to get to various attractions by metro, and it's also within walking distance. The front desk staff member was excellent. She even called us in advance to confirm our itinerary since we were arriving in Tianjin past midnight. During check-in, she thoughtfully provided kids' toothbrushes and slippers for our children, which was very considerate. There's a gym and a laundry area on the sixth floor, complete with a dryer, though we noticed it quite late and didn't get to use it. Breakfast is available on the first floor, and you can also order à la carte dishes. I checked the prices, and they seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, I woke up a bit late and missed it 🤦‍♀️. There are parking spaces available right outside the entrance, so if you're driving, you won't have to worry about parking. While parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved, the hotel staff will assist you in finding a spot, ensuring you'll have a place to park. The overall environment is quite pleasant, and I particularly liked the scent of the hand soap.

Overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel is close to everything, making it convenient to go anywhere, and there are many delicious food options nearby. A big shout-out to the front desk staff – their service was excellent, and our room was very clean. The towels were also spotless and smelled fresh. Our family of three booked a triple room, which was spacious, and everyone slept well. The toiletries were comprehensive, and there was even a fridge and a sterilizer cabinet. In short, the attention to detail was impressive. Breakfast was decent, but the quality could be improved a bit.

Ms JianXia Xu from reception helped us with our additional requests patiently and efficiently; all the staffs are friendly and helpful; we saw one of the best views of Tianjin city through our windows; we love the robotic room service. Will definitely visit again!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. We appreciated the complimentary parking for one car, and the Line 3 subway station entrance is literally right outside the door. Luneng Mall is directly behind the hotel, and the surrounding area offers a peaceful ambiance despite its central and bustling location. Right next to the subway entrance are both Water Park and Tianjin Zoo. The neighborhood is also brimming with numerous renowned dining establishments, offering everything from authentic seafood to branches of century-old Tianjin-style restaurants. The room rates were reasonable. All the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, provided impeccable service. They were genuinely warm and enthusiastic, yet always maintained a professional and respectful demeanor. It was a truly delightful family trip. A special thank you to the front desk for providing a complimentary breakfast for our seven-year-old, which made him incredibly happy. Conrad will absolutely be our top choice for our next visit to Tianjin!

週末帶孩子來天津玩，選擇了這家快捷酒店，體驗感超乎預期✌。 1.看評論區説，有免費停車位但是很少，所以提前給酒店打電話詢問幾點來能有車位，得到回覆：您放心，來了肯定給您安排。 2.辦理入住時，老公和孩子的身份證落車裡了，我們要去取，前台指着旁邊的機器説：外面太熱了，您別去了，從機器上輸入身份證號驗證吧。很暖心！然後還給小朋友拿了小童拖鞋和小童牙刷牙膏，草莓味的🍓。用完孩子不讓扔，拿回家繼續用。 3.房間很乾凈。空調特別好用，調整温度特別快。早餐也比較豐富。 4.這片屬於文化中心，距離天津博物館、科學技術館、自然博物館，都不太遠。酒店下面有一排飯館，很方便。對於7歲孩子，科學技術館最好玩，並且不用預約，可以刷身份證或者輸入身份證號進。 5.退房時因為還要去科技館玩，所以車沒有開走，下午又去前台掃停車碼，全免費，前台還問：用不用帶幾瓶水路上喝。感動～ 6.不足點：酒店前台在大廈2樓，上樓有電梯，下樓衹有樓梯，對於行李多的有點麻煩。我們住12層，早餐時間，電梯等的時間長一點，不趕時間的也還好。 綜上，在快捷酒店中屬於比較好的，再來天津玩還會選擇～

Parking here is also free. You can scan the parking code at the front desk for free parking. The lady at the front desk told me when I checked in and reminded me when I left. The service is good. Negative comments! ! : There was a problem in the breakfast process. There was water on the ground. The cleaning staff did not stand up and did not clean it in time, which caused my family to fall. After the fall, no waiter came forward to help, and even had to clean it up quickly. It felt like they wanted to destroy the evidence quickly. What made people angry was that the cleaning staff knew that there was water on the ground, and it was a child who made it on the ground, but they did not react. Afterwards, the cleaning staff did not apologize at all, which was quite bad. The second picture was the day after the incident. Fortunately, there was no fracture or other problems, otherwise this matter would not be as simple as a simple apology.

I stayed here for four days on a business trip. The hearty breakfast solved the problem of workers skipping breakfast. The tea bar downstairs has coffee, tea, and juice, which is really great for people who don't like to boil kettles. The cleaning lady was very friendly and quickly delivered anything I needed.
