Hotels in Olympic Sports Center/Water Park, Tianjin

Although I checked in again more than half a year later, Zora at the front desk recognized me immediately and thoughtfully helped me and my daughter arrange adjacent rooms. The bellman was polite and professional. Breakfast is served at the Renaissance Hotel next door, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. My daughter used the gym and the butler service was prompt and considerate. The quality of Marriott cannot be said enough!

The hotel's location was the most satisfying aspect. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and reaching the Olympic Sports Center (entering through the venue's ground parking lot) also takes under 10 minutes. Both the front desk and the breakfast restaurant provided good service. The room amenities were satisfactory, and the bedding and towels were of good quality. The breakfast selection was a bit limited; next time, I plan to book a room without breakfast and try the Manling Congee restaurant across the street. There's a Luckin Coffee shop located in the lobby on the ground floor.

It's a little far from the city, but the environment and sanitation are pretty good, the lobby is beautiful, and the swimming pool is super spacious, but I have to complain about the hotel's service! Because the quality of service directly determines the customer's experience and whether they will stay again! First of all, the front desk clerk had a stiff tone and a rude attitude when checking in, and she didn't even raise her head when asking her questions and checking out! I brought a child who was over 120 for breakfast and told him that I had to pay for breakfast. I said I would pay together when I left, but the waiter chased me twice to confirm when I would pay. Was he afraid that I would run away? It really affected my mood! I've stayed in so many hotels, and you are one of the few that I have to comment seriously! Please improve your service quality, and don't be two-faced when facing your own people and foreigners!

We booked a suite specifically for our family trip. The room was huge, and the kids were running around everywhere. Thankfully, the hotel gave us a room with a bathtub and two separate bedrooms. The hotel is also very close to the zoo and water park, and convenient to major shopping malls. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Ms JianXia Xu from reception helped us with our additional requests patiently and efficiently; all the staffs are friendly and helpful; we saw one of the best views of Tianjin city through our windows; we love the robotic room service. Will definitely visit again!

The hotel is very warm and comfortable, and the location is easy to find. It is right on the roadside and very close to the Five Avenues Scenic Area. You can go there by bike. The lady also helped to upgrade the room type. There are souvenirs in the room, which is a good experience. The only drawback is that the construction downstairs is a bit noisy in the morning. I hope I can inform you in advance next time! It is worth recommending to stay. The subway is right at the door and there is Lawson downstairs.

出差多次住如家，每次體驗都很穩。前台辦理入住超快，24小時都能響應需求，打印文件、借充電線都很方便。房間裏的零壓床墊太加分了，奔波一天躺下特別解乏，加上智能客控能語音調燈光窗簾，科技感拉滿。衞生更是沒話説，床品、衞浴都乾乾淨淨，連杯具都是消毒過的，住得特別安心。

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. We appreciated the complimentary parking for one car, and the Line 3 subway station entrance is literally right outside the door. Luneng Mall is directly behind the hotel, and the surrounding area offers a peaceful ambiance despite its central and bustling location. Right next to the subway entrance are both Water Park and Tianjin Zoo. The neighborhood is also brimming with numerous renowned dining establishments, offering everything from authentic seafood to branches of century-old Tianjin-style restaurants. The room rates were reasonable. All the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, provided impeccable service. They were genuinely warm and enthusiastic, yet always maintained a professional and respectful demeanor. It was a truly delightful family trip. A special thank you to the front desk for providing a complimentary breakfast for our seven-year-old, which made him incredibly happy. Conrad will absolutely be our top choice for our next visit to Tianjin!

The hotel is pretty good overall. Any needs can be basically met. There was not enough water in the room. I called the front desk and it was delivered immediately. There was no comb and razor in the room. I called and it was delivered immediately. The response was very timely. Dapeng and Xiaoai provided good service when checking in. I left late and drove away at 3:30 in the afternoon. It was originally stipulated that parking fees would not be charged if the car was driven away when checking out. Now it was overtime. After talking to Xiao Liu and Xiao Yin at the front desk, they immediately agreed not to charge parking fees. The overall service was very good. The Thai massage on the 13th floor was also good. However, there was a lot of hair in the toilet when I checked in. The hygiene details can be paid more attention. Overall, it is still very good.

Booked for the children's high school entrance examination, the hotel is very good, close to the test center, breakfast is delicious, the daily cleaning of the room is very clean, the small details for the candidates are full, the staff service is very good, there is a chance to continue to support the whole season
