I've visited this place twice now. Given that we didn't want to travel outside Tianjin, had a short holiday, and needed a relaxing break with the family and kids, it offers pretty good value for money. The rooms were well-arranged, convenient, and spacious, with clean linens. The hotel lobby always featured clown interactive games, giving out gifts and balloons, which the kids absolutely adored. However, there seemed to be a shortage of housekeeping staff, and the front desk personnel were quite rigid and unprofessional. They mistakenly programmed all four key cards for our two rooms to open only one, which had me running back and forth between floors. Later that evening, one of the rooms couldn't be opened again. The service manager came and found the lock battery was dead yet again, leading to a lock replacement... It's clear the equipment is showing its age. Despite these issues, everything was eventually resolved perfectly, which is what I'd hoped for, so I'll still give them a positive rating. Right next to the hotel is Guanghegu, which features a zoo and go-karting. Behind the hotel is the Animal Science Kingdom, and though small, it's excellent for feeding animals and entertainment. At the entrance, you'll also find Desert Kingdom, a large, non-powered outdoor park. You can easily spend a whole day enjoying these attractions, and the value for money here is absolutely fantastic! Overall, if you're traveling with kids, prefer not to do a lot of walking, but still want plenty of activities for a fun 2-3 day trip, this place is definitely a top pick.

We checked into the Tuanbo Lake Hotspring Resort & Spa for one night, as we wanted to see if it's suitable for future visits. We enjoyed our stay so much, and decided to extended our stay with another night. The Resort is devided into two sections, with the Villa Style Hotspring Rooms on one end, and the Private Hotspring in Room ”House Soup”, on the other end. We stayed at the ”House Soup” section, during this visit, as we wanted to enjoy our own private Hotspring in room. Service received from all staff members were good, and they were all very courteous and efficient. They were courtesy enough, to show us the Villa's as well. The room was well prepared upon our arrive, and our room was decorated (Romantic Theme), as requested. The Resort is a short drive out of the City, and it's advisable to allow ample time during your stay. I will not recommend staying here, for one night only, but rather for a few nights if possible. We will most definitely return, and spend more time here during longer holidays or time of work. I can recommend this establishment to all future guests, foreign or domestic.

The hotel environment is good. There is a lake behind the room with a good view. The yard is very large. When taking children out, I like this kind of hotel where I can play in the yard for half a day, making full use of time. The location is convenient, and you can go directly to the hot spring center from the hotel lobby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Photosynthesis Valley. The room facilities are relatively complete, including refrigerators, safes, ironing boards, etc. The room has two showers, two sinks, a dressing table and a round bathtub. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, the breakfast is good, and the table in the restaurant is beautiful.

The hotel is clean, tidy, spacious and bright, and the breakfast is not bad The surrounding traffic is also more convenient and free parking is available The employees are very polite and they also help me save the things I left behind when I left the store and contact me to help me send them back. Full marks must be given.

Very unexpected stay. The host did not ask for evaluation, and I rarely take the initiative to evaluate, but this time it was too unexpected for me. The duplex house is clean and the children like it very much! A little far from the city, but for the family who travel by car, it is an hour's drive, and then drive back after playing, the price is too high!

The child stayed for four days for the exam, the service was good, the sanitary environment was good, and it was close to the celestial body. There is a supermarket nearby, cooking for the children is the same as at home, very good

The room was clean and tidy, the hotel's restaurant was rich and varied, the ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the stay for a few days was a very comfortable experience. This is a hotel worth staying in.

This is my first time staying at Ruiyuan Hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient at the intersection. The service is very good. Because I checked in late at night and haven’t had a meal yet, the takeaway is very convenient. There are many options. The staff is very enthusiastic in recommending the surrounding areas. A popular restaurant with very good taste. The room is also clean and spotless. It is very safe to live in. It is my first choice and I am satisfied.
