Tianjin Binhai New Area Hotels

The hotel environment and hygiene are very good. The surrounding environment is quiet in a bustling city. You can sleep well at night. I always choose this hotel when I come to Tianjin on business trips. I hope the breakfast variety can be richer.

This stay was great! The staff greeted us with a smile when we checked in at the front desk, and patiently introduced the surrounding attractions and food. The room was clean and warm, and a souvenir was given when we checked out. The service was warm and thoughtful throughout the whole process, as warm as home. I will definitely choose this place next time! The hotel is close to the shopping mall and the station, and it is very convenient to travel.

This stay was great! The hotel has an elegant environment, clean and tidy rooms, complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and the staff's service attitude is particularly good, warm and thoughtful. The location is also very convenient, especially the river view is so beautiful. You can see the river and seagulls in the room, which is really good! Come again next time!

This was my accommodation on the first day of my journey south from Shenyang. Had I not visited Aranya, I wouldn't have stopped in Tianjin. It was conveniently located near the highway, so I wouldn't have missed my next trip the next morning. First, the price: Ctrip was cheaper than other platforms, and breakfast was included. Parking: The Public Security Bureau is to the east of the building, and further east is a park with views of the Haihe River and yachts. Although the buildings across the street are deserted, you can park freely along the street without violating traffic rules. The room was huge, incredibly huge. I won't post photos of it, as it's the official photo. The bed was a good firmness and very comfortable. Regarding food: I recommend choosing the breakfast-included plan. I love this hotel's breakfast buffet, and the soy milk was just the right temperature, perfect for drinking straight from the table.

Double bed (1.35m) could accommodate 4 pax and this is a plus. The shower is really awesome and I literally enjoy taking a bath. The temperature control is accurate, the toilet has a smart flush system and there is a cloth line available for hanging laundry. My children were amused by the robot delivering water and towel to our rooms. The view is also fantastic. Service is one of the fastest. Would recommend staying in this hotel!

The room was clean and well-equipped. The waiter was nice! I have two complaints about the hardware. The first is that the glass door of the bathroom cannot be locked and there is a gap between the bottom and the ground. There is no corner, so the sharp corner caused my big toe to get scratched. The second is the control panel. When all the lights are off, the panel is still very bright, not the kind that only lights up when touched. I can still feel the glare when I close my eyes at the head of the bed, so I have to put the pillow between the two beds.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and impeccably clean. Hygiene: Spotless. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of trash bags in the bins, which made us hesitant to throw garbage directly in. I suggest providing trash liners; it would also make cleanup easier for the staff. Environment: Excellent. The location is superb, very close to various entertainment venues like TEDA Football Stadium, cinemas, Decathlon, and TEDA Second Sports Center. The hotel also boasts a very spacious parking lot, so driving here is highly recommended. Service: The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They proactively offered us a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. Food deliveries were also very prompt, with robots delivering directly to our room. The bottled water supply was generous; we received two bottles on the first day, and then the cleaning staff, noticing our larger group, started placing four bottles in each room. Tea bags were also promptly replenished when needed. The mini-fridge was functional, perfect for chilling our own drinks in the summer. Some key highlights include a 24-hour gym and a swimming pool open from 7 AM to 10 PM. (Note: The pool seems to be open to the public as well, not just hotel guests. I highly recommend going right at 7 AM when it's less crowded, but be aware that at that time, the changing rooms didn't have bath towels available, suggesting they weren't fully prepared yet.) The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. It offered an array of authentic Tianjin local specialties like Gabacai, Doufunao, and Jianbing – the Jianbing, in particular, tasted genuinely local. The Western breakfast selection was equally impressive, with salads, fruits, and various juices, including fresh watermelon juice. The restaurant itself is spacious with ample seating, making for a very comfortable dining experience. Upon check-in, we were also given four bar vouchers, which we used for two soft drinks and two Tsingtao beers. Additionally, there was a welcome fruit platter in our room. The bathtub in the room was excellent. We stayed in two adjacent rooms that had a connecting door, which is ideal for families or for creating a family suite setup. The spacious desk and desk lamp were a significant plus, allowing our kids to occasionally read or do homework. The bedside universal power adapters were incredibly convenient for direct USB charging. The shower also provided instant and strong hot water. The *only* significant drawback was that on the night we arrived, during a heavy downpour, we discovered around midnight that water was leaking into the room from the window. We immediately called the front desk, and a staff member promptly brought two bath towels to stem the flow. I strongly recommend the hotel addresses this issue during the dry season; resolving it would make the stay absolutely perfect. Additionally, the labels on all the light switches were too small and indistinct. We couldn't read them clearly, and often had to use a flashlight to figure out which switch was for which light. I suggest enlarging and making the font more prominent for easier operation, especially for elderly guests. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely return if we have the chance.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. I didn't expect it to be such a good experience. The hotel environment is nice. The lobby smells good when I walk in. The room is big and new. The front desk helped me upgrade the room. They were very gentle when I checked in. They also asked about my stay experience when I checked out. They put the guests' feelings first. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Tianjin.

The overall feeling of the hotel is very good, the room layout is reasonable, the bedding is comfortable, and the hygiene is satisfactory. The front desk staff is very dedicated and enthusiastic, and greets guests when entering and leaving the hotel. The breakfast is OK. Two more suggestions: 1. Can the room be equipped with a shoe horn? 2. The sound of the chairs in the breakfast room being pulled in and out is very harsh, I hope it can be fixed.
