Tianjin Nankai District Hotels

I have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

Hotel location, room size and cleanliness is good. The only thing I wish to highlight is the air conditioning (which I was told it only blow hot air during winter, I stayed during late Oct), room became very hot to sleep at night. I didn't want to open the window as my room is facing a main road and the traffic noise can be disturbing at night. Suggest to reinstate proper air conditioning instead of trying to go green in the way wrong.

The hotel is rather new and the design is good. The room is modern and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the TV is huge. All electronics, lights, TV, curtains, A/C are voice controlled which is a problem if you don't speak Chinese. The reception staff was nice and helpful but clearly they don't have a lot of experience dealing with tourists (nor foreigners). The gym is a joke... the flimsy bench I would even call dangerous. Very good is that their are washing machines and dryers available. A recommendation: put a chair in the room. A guest needs a chair to sit for writing, eating, etc.

Booked for 3 nights with breakfast but one of the breakfast was served as take away from other place due to the hotel restaurant not operated for the mid-autumn festival and it did not worth the money we paid for it. The room that we booked was for 2 single-bed and it was quite spacious and it allowed us to check in before 12pm. But the towels for the second day were not replaced for clean one.

Came to play during the Spring Festival and stayed at this hotel. When you park, you need to navigate to the multi-story parking building to park. Be careful not to miss the entrance because the road at the door is a one-way street. If you miss it, you need to go around. Parking is on the second, third and fourth floors. There are many parking spaces, but the roads at the corners of each floor are very narrow. People with poor driving skills are prone to scratches. Be careful. There are many scratches on the wall. The hotel service desk is on the first floor. After parking, you need to go in from the second floor of the parking building and then go down to the first floor to the service desk. Free parking. Every time you go out, you must go to the first floor to tell the front desk the license plate number and leave within 15 minutes. The room was very clean and odorless. There was a small sofa, a round table, a desk and a chair, as well as a small chair. There were enough facilities for storing things. There was also a wardrobe with hangers for hanging clothes. At first I thought there was no full-length mirror, but later I found out that it was by the sliding door of the bathroom. Even though the soundproofing is okay, you can still hear people talking next door occasionally. The only thing that was not very user-friendly to me was that the hair dryer in the hotel was fixed on the sink and could not be unplugged. There was no way to plug in your own hair dryer or curling iron. If you plug it in somewhere else in the room, you couldn't use it by looking in the mirror. Overall, I am quite satisfied and would like to stay here next time.

We booked a room for three people, which was quite big, with one big bed and one small bed. The room was nice and looked very comfortable. The hotel's environment and hygiene were also good overall. In particular, the breakfast environment and service were very good, and I was in a good mood for eating.

I stayed at Hotel LIZ recently, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Despite the staff not speaking English, they were very accommodating and friendly. The amenities in the room were good, and I didn't need to ask for additional items like toilet paper or water. However, I was a bit disappointed that the bedsheets were not changed daily, even though the bed was made daily. The shower could have been cleaner as well. On the positive side, the toilet was clean, and everything in the room was in working order. The breakfast provided was also enjoyable. Sound isolation was great!

I booked this hotel for a family trip. The reviews online were good, the time for check-in was OK, and the price-performance ratio was high. There was a little interlude in the middle. The front desk of the hotel actively helped to solve the problem, and finally solved it perfectly. I was in a hurry at the time, so I would like to thank the front desk and praise Ctrip. Ctrip has never let me down in so many years of travel. This attitude of solving the problem must be praised with pictures and the truth. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new Health: good health Environment: the environment is good, the surrounding area is more convenient Service: quite enthusiastic. When checking out, you need to send some unused items back to the front desk in advance and store them temporarily. The courier can pick them up at your door. It is really convenient. Like it.

We have booked 3 rooms for our few days' stay. All of us find that this is an excellent place. The room is clean, the location is wonderful, and all the staff provide excellent service. They're caring, helpful, and very friendly. All the best to them!! Next to the hotel, there are many good places to dine in.

The room is clean and tidy. It is very warm in winter. I always stay at Atour Hotel on business trips just to get a good night's sleep. Having a good pillow is really important.
