Tianjin Hedong District Hotels

1. Both our check-in and check-out was a breeze, efficiently processed by the front office. 2.Room was on par with usual Hyatt’s standard. 3.So happened we were in the room on two occasions when the chamber staff came to clean up. She was chatty and efficient . Kudos. 4. Breakfast spread was quite good and service level of waiting staff was generally ok, especially the senior level ones served with a pleasant disposition. Two of the junior ones, even though they did their assigned task, can do with better facial disposition. 5. Food for happy hour in the Club can do with more selection . 6. Love the gym with the view of the swimming pool. 7. Love the ambience in the Chinese restaurant (Wok in the Garden) on the third floor. Overall, the hotel is good value for money with a generally good service

I booked 3 rooms in Jun, 2023. The hotel is only 4 months old. The only thing I want to complain about is that I can't find anything to complain about! The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel. The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

When in Tianjin, I always choose the Park Inn by Radisson, as it's conveniently located closest to Tianjin Station. The hotel provides excellent service, and the front desk staff are incredibly warm and efficient. Upon our arrival, the front desk agent, knowing we had a tight schedule, proactively extended our check-out time, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our visit without feeling rushed. The room itself was spotlessly clean, very quiet, and had excellent soundproofing. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tianjin.

The hotel has complete supporting facilities around it. We were given a free suite upgrade upon check-in. There is also a food delivery robot and free parking. Jacky and Fiona at the front desk provided good service, and were warm and thoughtful.

This was a very satisfying stay. Keith helped with the check-in procedures. Seeing that I was carrying a baby, he asked me if I needed a crib and helped me upgrade the room to a river view room. The hotel provided fruit in the afternoon. The whole room was well-equipped, clean, bright, and soundproofed, which provided a very good sleep. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and the lobby staff was enthusiastic. Thank you very much for Keith's enthusiastic service!

The hotel refused to turn on their central AC unit in late April so the room AC is on fan mode only. Our room was 26c showing the manager did send up a tech guy and tested the room temp was 26 as showing on the display and the air wa very stuffy. They said it’s cold at night so building is not turning on the AC but the windows does not open !!!The manager did offer free breakfast and delivered a fan to my room. lucky we were only there for 2 nights in the stuffy room but I will not be staying again.

Miss Daying at the front desk was warm and caring, took the initiative to help plan the route and responded super fast. The transportation is convenient, the bus stop is at the door, and the surrounding shops are quite convenient to buy things. The room is spacious and bright, the sanitary details are very good, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toilet is equipped with disinfectant wipes, the drinks in the small refrigerator are free, and there is a charging port at the bedside. The facilities and equipment are also very new. The laundry room and gym are easy to use. Quiet environment, sleep very fragrant at night, great value for money, highly recommended

The hotel is just about 5 mins walk to metro stn. There's escalator available so it's very convenient for those who carry luggages. In beijing, there are some older metro station without escalator or elevator and its very inconvenient. We are fortunate to be allocated a room where we could enjoy the laser show. Happy to stay in this hotel

衞生：房間整體比較乾淨 環境：停車有些困難，去周邊很方便 服務：周到細緻 設施：空調開最低風，還是很響，晚上吵的難以入睡。關了沒聲音了才安靜下來，但是過一會兒又熱出汗了。維修一下出風口吧！

Every time I come to Tianjin, I choose a mid- to high-end hotel for the following reasons: 1. I saw the cleaning lady change the sheets when I checked out. The hotel was clean and hygienic, very quiet, and the parking lot in front of the hotel was convenient for parking. The bathrooms were equipped with disposable cushions, which was very attentive 2. The hotel staff had a very good service attitude, very enthusiastic and patient, and would solve the problem immediately even if they needed service and help at night 3. The design and decoration style are fresh, and you will naturally feel much more relaxed after checking into the room. It comes with a surround sound music control system, and you can choose music in the shower 4. The hotel's own brand of toiletries, lavender shampoo is recommended, which is refreshing
