Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. First of all, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks for Jesse the receptionist who helped us to book a car to airport with his discount voucher. Food wise, the breakfast is quite lacklustre, options are ok but none of them are really tasty, suggest chef to relook into the food quality for breakfast spread. Not much amenities around but the foot spa next to the hotel is really a great place to rejuvenate after all the long walk.

Fantastic Location, Exceeded Expectations in Comfort On this trip to Tianjin, I chose to stay at the Park Inn by Radisson in the Italian Style Street, and it truly was a delightful surprise! It absolutely deserves a full five-star rating! First off, the location is unbeatable! The hotel is situated right in the famous Italian Style District. Stepping out, you're immediately surrounded by charming streets and architecture, perfect for photos and leisurely strolls. Most importantly, it's incredibly close to Tianjin Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. For a traveler like me dragging luggage, this was an absolute godsend – transportation convenience gets full marks! Secondly, the room experience was fantastic! The moment I opened the door, I had a great first impression. The room's layout and arrangement were very well-designed, making it feel spacious and comfortable, not at all cramped. Most importantly, the cleanliness absolutely deserves five stars! From the bedding to the bathroom and the desk, everything was spotless. I felt completely comfortable walking barefoot on the floor. Another small detail that really stood out was the subtle, fresh scent in the room. It wasn't an overpowering or artificial air freshener, but rather a very relaxing and pleasant aroma. The moment I walked in, half of my travel fatigue seemed to melt away, and I instantly felt at ease. Finally, dining and entertainment options were incredibly convenient! Right outside, you'll find bustling snack streets and a variety of restaurants. If you get hungry at night, you can easily go down for a bite to eat. Authentic local delicacies like Jianbing Guozi, shuligao (steamed pear cake), Tianjin cuisine, and more were all available – you definitely won't go hungry! In summary, this was a nearly perfect stay, combining convenient transportation, a beautiful environment, comfortable accommodation, and excellent food options. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tianjin! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel has complete supporting facilities around it. We were given a free suite upgrade upon check-in. There is also a food delivery robot and free parking. Jacky and Fiona at the front desk provided good service, and were warm and thoughtful.

This was a very satisfying stay. Keith helped with the check-in procedures. Seeing that I was carrying a baby, he asked me if I needed a crib and helped me upgrade the room to a river view room. The hotel provided fruit in the afternoon. The whole room was well-equipped, clean, bright, and soundproofed, which provided a very good sleep. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and the lobby staff was enthusiastic. Thank you very much for Keith's enthusiastic service!

Miss Daying at the front desk was warm and caring, took the initiative to help plan the route and responded super fast. The transportation is convenient, the bus stop is at the door, and the surrounding shops are quite convenient to buy things. The room is spacious and bright, the sanitary details are very good, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toilet is equipped with disinfectant wipes, the drinks in the small refrigerator are free, and there is a charging port at the bedside. The facilities and equipment are also very new. The laundry room and gym are easy to use. Quiet environment, sleep very fragrant at night, great value for money, highly recommended

The hotel refused to turn on their central AC unit in late April so the room AC is on fan mode only. Our room was 26c showing the manager did send up a tech guy and tested the room temp was 26 as showing on the display and the air wa very stuffy. They said it’s cold at night so building is not turning on the AC but the windows does not open !!!The manager did offer free breakfast and delivered a fan to my room. lucky we were only there for 2 nights in the stuffy room but I will not be staying again.

The hotel's location is excellent. You can take Metro Line 2 directly from Tianjin Binhai International Airport to Tianjin Station, exit 6, then turn left and walk less than 100 meters. It's within walking distance to attractions like the Tianjin Century Clock, Italian Style Street, and Haihe Beian Bridge, and the night views are beautiful. The staff are professional, enthusiastic, and efficient. The room size is a bit small, but the layout is compact and attractive, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and practical amenities. The overall cleanliness of the room is very good, but I hope they can improve cleaning in certain nooks and crannies. I occasionally noticed dust on the wall by the window when the sunlight hit it. While this doesn't affect the stay, it does impact the hotel's image. Adding more hooks in the bathroom would be more convenient for showering and getting dressed. The hotel doesn't have a laundry room, which is a slight inconvenience for long-distance travelers.

Stayed here in 2018 - and most recently December 2024. Property is located near the Tianjin Station, so it’s very accessible to transportation. Tip: you can take the Metro direct from the Airport to the Train Station and it was only 3RMB/Yuan one way.  I had no issues looking for convenience stores and restaurants. There is a small mall about 750 meters away with all the necessities.  Staff were super helpful, although the room looked dated - but it had clean sheets, a solid mattress and pillows with strong hot water shower.  Was there for 3 days - everything was just nice, internet was sufficient for basic surfing, etc but at the price I paid - I can only compliment. Will be my go-to hotel when visiting Tianjin.

The hotel is clean and the reception staff are helpful. The hotel location is not far away from the river and transportation.
