The hotel staff were very welcoming. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent. We had booked two family rooms, but were informed they were on separate floors. Floor access required a key card, which made it a bit inconvenient to pass things between our rooms. Since it was just a one-night stay, we didn't ask the staff for a solution regarding the inconvenience of being on different floors. Otherwise, everything was great.

If spacious, clean, tidy and hygienic guest rooms are the basics of a hotel, and warm lighting, advanced facilities, considerate services, and fragrant toiletries are the hospitality of a luxury hotel, then the fossilized shells on the rock slabs are It was the icing on the cake. The only drawback is that the stool is too high and too hard, which is not friendly enough for desk-bound office workers.

The location is very convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. The environment is nice, next to a shopping mall, and there are plenty of places to eat. There were no particular problems. The food was okay. However, there was no salad🥗, which was disappointing. There was only one type of noodle, medium-thick, and no thin noodles, which was disappointing🫤 The toilet was hard to flush. The pipes are thin, so if you flush a bomb poop💩 or a lot of tissue, it will definitely get clogged, so be careful! I was able to smoke🚬 in the room. There is a shopping mall and Lawson nearby. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 9:30.

The hotel is new, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I was not disappointed with the western restaurant downstairs. Compared with the InterContinental the night before, everything is really good except the location is a little off. The cleaning staff should pay attention to the blind spots, some places are still overlooked. I didn't expect the curtains, and they had to be opened manually, which was a bit cheap. And the curtains were not covered tightly. It affected my sleep in the next day.

The room is large, the price is affordable, the environment and facilities are very good, the location is very close to the Shuanggang subway station, only a few minutes walk, a very recommended hotel!

The Orange Hotel generally offers excellent value for money. It features key card access for elevators, and the suite prices are very reasonable. The room has a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. It was a little stuffy when I first walked in. The study nook in the suite felt a bit redundant, especially since it lacked a window. The lighting design at Orange Hotel is quite unique; all the light controls are on the master bedroom headboard, which took a little getting used to at first. Breakfast was decent for the price point.

A super great stay experience The hotel is right next to the subway station and close to Wuyue Plaza. It is super convenient for eating and other things. The hotel is very new and the front desk is bright. When I checked in because I was going to take an exam, I asked if I could check out late. The lady readily agreed and gave it a thumbs up. The room is big and clean, the facilities are all intelligently controlled by Tmall Genie, which is super convenient, and the bathroom is also very clean. It was a great experience to stay in such a good room at this price.

After all, it's a new hotel, so the facilities were all new and generally very clean. There were koala plushies and a small tent, which the kids loved. Cons: The hotel is too far away. I didn't consider the location when I was traveling and chose this one. It's very far from the city's attractions, and there are no residential areas around the hotel, meaning there are no snack shops or restaurants. If I wanted to eat, this was my only option. I also didn't experience any service from the front desk. The attitude was lacking, and there was no warm welcome or greetings. The room only had two bottles of water, while other hotels I've visited had four, which wasn't enough for my family.
