Tianjin Jinnan District Hotels

The hotel staff were very welcoming. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent. We had booked two family rooms, but were informed they were on separate floors. Floor access required a key card, which made it a bit inconvenient to pass things between our rooms. Since it was just a one-night stay, we didn't ask the staff for a solution regarding the inconvenience of being on different floors. Otherwise, everything was great.

The overall feeling is average. The service attitude is also average. The main problem was the cleanliness. As soon as I entered the room, I felt there were hairs everywhere, on the bed, toilet, floor... The cleaning staff said they couldn't see anything... In the end, they mopped the floor again and changed the sheets. It seems that the hotel has been opened for a short time, and every aspect is still relatively new. There is a small ironing machine in the room and bathrobes are hung in the closet. The lobby is decorated in a very fresh style, but there are no disposable cups. I don't know how to use the coffee machine, and no one helps. It feels more like a decoration... The hardware facilities are pretty good. The air conditioning in the room works well. There are robots delivering food when you order takeout. There are also many gym equipments on the second floor. You need to swipe your card to get on the elevator. I didn’t have breakfast, so I don’t know.

Environment: The hotel environment is good, with a garden, grass and a cute pet park, suitable for playing with dogs! Location: The hotel is located in Jinnan District, a little off, suitable for self-driving travel. There is nothing to eat around. We ate at the hotel's Cantonese restaurant on the first night, and the taste was good. We took a taxi to Jinnan Wuyue Plaza the next day. There are a lot of food there, so I recommend it! Play: There is a Haihe Education Park Wetland nearby, which is very comfortable to go camping! It's not far to drive, and you can bring your baby and dog! So I didn't go into the city this time. Facilities: The equipment is very complete, with swimming, fitness, children's playground, and pet facilities, suitable for a hotel! The room equipment is a bit old overall. Parking: Very convenient, there are underground parking spaces, and there are charging piles on the ground. Hygiene: Whether it is room cleaning or food, overall satisfaction! Service: The service is meticulous. Before check-in, they will take the initiative to ask about needs and check-in time. The room is cleaned in time and the breakfast is diverse. The pet room is equipped with a rice bowl and a water bowl, which is good! Disadvantages: The pet-friendly discount displayed in the elevator advertisement is still the same as before, and has not been updated in time. When I asked the front desk, they told me that this benefit is no longer available, which was a bit disappointing. This is still worse than Hilton's in-store check-in benefits.

The room is clean and tidy, suitable for parent-child travel, the hotel is upstairs in Wuyue Plaza, shopping and eating are convenient, parking is also convenient, it is a bit far from the central city 😂 but fortunately, the subway is downstairs, which is still convenient.

The hotel is new, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I was not disappointed with the western restaurant downstairs. Compared with the InterContinental the night before, everything is really good except the location is a little off. The cleaning staff should pay attention to the blind spots, some places are still overlooked. I didn't expect the curtains, and they had to be opened manually, which was a bit cheap. And the curtains were not covered tightly. It affected my sleep in the next day.

There were no particular problems. The food was okay. However, there was no salad🥗, which was disappointing. There was only one type of noodle, medium-thick, and no thin noodles, which was disappointing🫤 The toilet was hard to flush. The pipes are thin, so if you flush a bomb poop💩 or a lot of tissue, it will definitely get clogged, so be careful! I was able to smoke🚬 in the room. There is a shopping mall and Lawson nearby. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 9:30.

Hotel service is great only if you found the right staff when you needed help , a guy on the front desk was willing to go extra mile to help with my needs which includes heat not working. but at the same time, the other girl would just sent me a portable heat and got this over with. room was clean, big and comfortable except I could smell cigarette smoking all the time either from central air or outside of my room. People here tend to smoke everywhere including elevators and bathroom which really bothers me. Then the chef in the kitchen used his hand with working gloves (not the vinyl one, but the cotton one) to scoop wonton from another bowl to me. The hygiene there was not so good. The laundry machine and dryer were a great plus but we need to share 2 laundry machines and 2 dryers with some staff there too which was kind of strange. I wouldnt stay there again because I need to turn off the heat at night when i smelled cigarettes which is a deal bummer for me.

The Orange Hotel generally offers excellent value for money. It features key card access for elevators, and the suite prices are very reasonable. The room has a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. It was a little stuffy when I first walked in. The study nook in the suite felt a bit redundant, especially since it lacked a window. The lighting design at Orange Hotel is quite unique; all the light controls are on the master bedroom headboard, which took a little getting used to at first. Breakfast was decent for the price point.

Check in The parking lot is wide! The room is clean and quiet, the air conditioning is strong, the hot water is sufficient, the price is high, the room lighting is particularly good! I also want to praise the warm reception of the front desk staff! 👍👍👍

It is also equipped with a gym. The hotel is next to the hotel. It is perfect. In short, a good experience, come back next time.
