I cried during searching for the hotel. It was a traumatising experience as a non-chinese speaker. The hotel's location wasn't the one indicated on the website. We have spent 1 hour looking for the right one. We were chatting by sms with the hotel, every single question was answered only 5 minutes later leaving us completely lost and worried. We first got into a room that wasn't cleaned : the sheets were on the floor, the slippers were in the center of the room, the floor was dusty and dirty, the bathroom was dirty. We wondered if someone was living with us !!! The hotel person changed our room for a non used one, but the room was still dirty. It provided slippers, toothbrushes, water bottles, a kettle. The neighborhood was quite nice but we couldn't enjoy the experience after such trouble. The bed was extra hard, I couldn't sleep. I wouldn't recommend.

The garage was underground without notice and went around in a circle on the ground. The two plugs in the room had no electricity and needed to use an extension strip. I was told this only after I called to ask. I should have been informed in advance about the underground garage and extension strip. The walls of the bathroom are not made of tiles, but of waterproof panels. There is no socket in the bathroom, and the hair dryer needs to use an external socket strip. The room decoration is very simple and rough. The bed is right at the entrance of the room. It is extremely small and is the worst homestay I have ever stayed in. Originally, I wanted to stay for one night after playing in Fantawild very late, and leave early the next day. I didn't have too high requirements, but I was still scared. The picture shown when booking the room was of a large room, which was suspected to be misleading. I don't even know if the bed sheets and quilt covers have been changed.

The community is located under the viaduct, and you need to drive around it. It is an independent room divided by a townhouse. I only stay with my children for one night, so the requirements are not high.
