錦龍國際是附近比較好的酒店，替遠方一位非常好的親戚網上訂了一間，確認很快，當天入住時遇上了前台服務的小徐，非常熱情，想的很周到，把很多細節都替我們安排的很好，表揚一下。親戚入住後也表示很滿意，對酒店的早餐評價也不錯。

我是3月5日中午入住的，3月6日早上去二樓吃早點，一個戴眼鏡平頭的男的服務員在吃早點登記處那坐着，他讓我出示房卡在電腦上打卡後告訴我我的沒有包含早餐，我説不可能啊我特意選擇的帶早餐行政房，他緊跟着給一樓前台戴眼鏡的女服務員打電話詢問，前台短髮戴眼鏡的女的説不包含，負責早點的男服務員對我説：“你這個不帶早點，你不信自己下樓去問問！”我真的無語了，咱畢竟是星級酒店，這樣的服務態度我真是服了！我自己下樓經核實，前台看錯了前台的姐姐跟我賠禮道歉説看錯了。我上到二樓，這個負責早點的男的耷拉個臭臉子對我説：“哦那你吃去吧，自始至終沒有一個道歉，他那張臉真的讓人生厭，一直耷拉着沒有任何微笑，我不明白星級酒店就僱傭這樣的人作為服務員嗎？直到吃完我沒有聽到他的一句道歉不好意思的話語，這就是咱們星級酒店的服務水平？負責早餐的這人一直耷拉臉子，以後我也不會再選擇錦龍入住了，一早晨遇到這樣的人真晦氣！
