除了有點小，衞生切莫的還可以，前台短頭髮的姐姐，態度超級超級超級好，但是沒有給我伴手禮，別的小朋友都有一個藍色的娃娃，我沒有，不開心，可以看到天津站，近在咫尺，不誇張的説一分鐘進站

服務還行，但是房間不滿意。我出行一般比較喜歡選擇漢庭，但這次有些遺憾。
首先選擇火車站北廣場是我自己的失誤。南廣場靠近海河，我本來以為去海河穿一個火車站的地下廣場（像上海站那樣）就得，但天津站的地下廣場每穿一次都要安檢，晚上出行，安檢口擁堵得簡直沒法形容，感覺隨時都可能會發生踩踏事件。
其次，對房間的安排不是很滿意。這次是與朋友夫婦一起出行，預訂了兩個大床房，而且是提前一週預訂的。辦理入住手續時被告知兩間房不在同一樓層，當時我們表示希望安排在同一樓層，工作人員就説有一間房衞生間的坐便器比較靠牆，有點擠。我想我比較瘦，應該不太影響，就同意了。
進了房間才發現坐便器不是一般的擠，是根本不能正着坐，衹能坐在側面。
還有一個更大的問題是房間裏一個大柱子立在床邊，要是兩個人住的話，有一個人沒法很輕鬆自如地上床。如果要是晚上起夜的話，沒準會暈乎乎地撞到大柱子上。看到這種情況，我不得不腦補：説是兩間房不在同一樓層是撒謊？是不是就是看我是一個人住，才想着把這間沒法給兩個人住的房間推給我的？離店時我也跟前台説了：這個房間不僅僅是坐便器靠牆的問題，這個房間是沒法給兩個人住的。這樣房費應該打折才對。順便説一下這個房間號是1322，希望大家避雷。
