The room was very clean and in a great location, with a view of the Haihe River. The owner was also very welcoming and recommended local delicacies, especially the eight-treasure tofu!

This suite is a fantastic value. Right next door is Tianjin's famous Heart of Tianjin Tower, and the room offers stunning views of the Haihe River. The owner is also incredibly helpful, and any issues we have are promptly addressed. It's a fantastic value, and I'd definitely stay here again.

第一次給差評，忍無可忍！首先老闆電話根本沒打通過！其次大半夜十一點多沒有熱水，洗不了澡！最後通過攜程客服找到民宿老闆，派人修，結果熱水有了直接100度燙**！擰到能洗澡的温度水流特別小！勉強洗了洗澡！其他問題，衞生間洗手池下水道堵的！整體衞生條件一般！入住一晚地下停車場收費總計消費118元！地下停車好後這個民宿位置不好找！電話打不通衹能靠自己找！民宿沒有專職負責人員一律1樓大廳自己碰運氣找到能給房卡的人！有廚房不讓用，小朋友做個輔食特意找民宿想做簡單飯，用不了！雖然房間景色很好，但是體驗感0分！不想心驚膽戰入住，不想惹氣的避坑！！！

每年迴天津都要住一兩個星期，這次因為有親戚來，沒住河景房，不過套房整體還是很舒服，適合多人居住。微波爐，洗衣機都很方便，服務很好，停車無敵方便。

過來天津出差，公寓離天津之眼瓷房子都很近，旁邊還有地鐵站商業中心，房間裡邊還有油煙機和電池爐如果常住的花也很方便，就是有個房間的門鎖有點文體比較難開，需要用比較大力才能開起來，希望下次入住能夠解決這個問題
