先説優點，房間比較大，雙床房，床也比較大，床墊和枕頭也很舒服
缺點比較偏，衞生建議加強，床單上有污漬，牀頭櫃區域地下也不太乾淨。沙發看起來也有點臟臟的。
工作人員服務也有待加強，住了兩個晚上，第一天洗了頭所以沒發現沒有一次性浴帽，我理解的是酒店都會標配一次性浴帽，但這家沒有。直到第二天我洗澡不需要洗頭的時候發現沒有浴帽，重點來了！！打電話跟客服溝通讓送下浴帽，服務員説好的，然後就進入了漫長的等待，等了大概有一個世紀那麼久，還沒送到，懶得再去溝通就直接頭髮一盤進去洗了，結果部分頭髮還是潮掉了😰第二天早上打電話問客服，問起這個事，前台竟然告知我們因為昨天在送的路上機器人突然壞了😓？？所以呢？？我請問？因為機器人壞了所以你們就不送了讓客人一直等着？也沒個通知？機器人壞了，你們自己難道不能送？哈哈哈，我真的氣笑了。
以前是其他城市住過這個品牌的酒店的，所以這次才放心的訂的。但這次發現不太一樣。這邊酒店也是和其他酒店公用一個樓，走進去一樓是別人家的前台。得坐電梯到別的樓層辦理入住。總之不太推薦這家。
