衞生：內部環境一般，酒店門口像垃圾堆
服務：前台服務態度冷漠。每天早上都被走廊裏打掃的工作人員對話吵醒，大聲嚷嚷根本不顧及客人是否在休息
設施：電視看一會兒就卡住
