Service: After checking in at night, I found that the door of the room could not be locked. I called the front desk, and the reply was that there was only one room card and no one could enter. No solution was provided. It was completely fooling people and they didn't want to solve the problem.
Facilities: The toilet in the bathroom could not flush. After calling, another front desk lady provided good service and proposed to change rooms to solve the problem.
