這家酒店採用中世紀歐式內設的裝修風格，而且還是以咖啡館文化為主題，美式咖啡和生椰拿鐵味道不錯，兩者完美結合。體驗性很好，距離天津西站很近很方便，強烈推薦給大家。

房間很整潔（似乎比起其他住過的喆啡要更乾淨些。地理位置優越離天津眼，意式風情區等等都很近，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度也很好！很愉快的一次出行體驗

真的第一次住這麼差的酒店，訂的時候衹有沒有窗户的雙床房，本着離西站近一些，到了之後告訴我沒有空調，屋子沒有任何可以通風的設施，進去一股味道，晚上的時候體感27度以上，家裡開空調25度都沒這麼熱，晚上十一點給前台打電話問怎麼辦，前台告訴我把門打開樓道里很涼快能通風（晚上十一點半）越到後面越熱，後來早上差點沒起來。
服務態度是好的，但是沒有給出任何補救措施和保障，錢收到手裡就不管不顧了，真心不建議住這家。
