Service: The front desk made an error in the middle of the night and canceled my order. At around 3 a.m., I called the platform to communicate. There were towels in the room, but no bath towels. There were shampoo, shower gel, comb and soap, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The water heater was not plugged in at all. When I checked out the next day, the front desk had no communication with the previous shift and would not let me leave. They asked me to pay for the room separately. Even after I showed them the platform order, it still refused. Finally, the front desk called the night shift and found out that I had re-booked on the platform, and then they let me go. Before leaving, he said to me, "If you had come out a little earlier, everything would have been fine, right?" Why should I come out early? You have communication problems, so you blame me? Complain thoroughly and never come again! Scrap hotel, not a penny lost!

The room was clean, especially the bathroom. The boss is really nice. The beautiful lady at the front desk is also very beautiful. Initially the air conditioning in the room was not cool. They changed my room immediately. And the room was very quiet. Cleaned very neatly. Including the lobby, everything is very clean. I recommend staying here. I'm here for an exam. I was so busy preparing for the exam that I forgot to take pictures.
