老老少少一家四口出遊，住在這裏非常方便，長者住一樓早起晚睡做事完全不影響二樓休息，服務也很好有求必應，出門去哪個景點都是三公里左右，位置居中，很方便。

Phòng nhỏ nhưng các vật dụng quá nhiều nên bị mất không gian. Vệ sinh tạm ổn. Cách trạm tàu điện không quá xa, tuy nhiên đi ra các điểm tham quan hơi bất tiện. Phía dưới chung cư có các quán ăn địa phương nhưng không ngon. Đối diện có có đường buổi tối có các xe bán hàng ổn hơn
