地理位置優越，距離地鐵站近，房間屬於老建築，沒有電梯，對於帶小寶寶的家庭來説有點麻煩，衹能抱着孩子上樓梯，且樓梯比較窄，稍微有點不方便，總體來説性價比還是挺高的！
