酒店應該是天津警衞區的招待所，帶一點軍隊的屬性，所以看起來比較莊嚴肅穆，有一些安全感。
酒店風格大氣，對稱，古樸典雅又比較乾淨，環境可以稱得上是不錯的。
房間內部挑高也挺高，屋內空氣挺好。房間內用的傢俱主要以原木色為主，漆麪漂亮，高端大氣，一看就用的不是便宜貨。
屋子不算新，但保持的非常乾淨。以上是優點。
但相比我以前入住津衞，本次有兩點體驗不太好。
1、服務態度的問題，客房前台態度十分敷衍，且沒有規矩。具體表現為：客房服務員放了兩瓶沐浴液，沒放洗髮水，這個可以理解，誰都會忙中出錯嘛。於是我打電話跟前台説了一下此事，但前台的回覆沒有任何感情，更沒有任何的主語尊稱，而是直接回復了一句“讓客房給您送”；因為我是帶着我母親入住，長者家愛喝水，於是我又問她多要兩瓶水，前台依舊是沒有任何感情的機械回覆“讓客房給您送兩瓶”，我剛要説謝謝，還沒説出口。。她直接把電話給我掛了，我想問現在的前台都這麼牛了嗎？
過了一會，客房來送東西，也是面無表情，更別提微笑服務了，真的，瞬間讓我產生了距離感，我心想，之前我住津衞不是這樣啊，這到底是怎麼了？
2、硬件問題，辦理入住時，我跟入住前台説帶長者，儘量安排安靜一點的屋子，前台做的沒有問題，她説東側的屋子早晨會有軍號，給您安排西側靠馬路的房間吧，於是我們入住的是窗户對着一所學校的屋子，樓層也是六層，能體會到辦入住的那位前台的用心，謝謝你。
但是有個新的問題，開窗户會有明顯的大貨車駛過的聲音，尤其是到了晚上非常明顯，因為這個酒店就在外環線的邊上，晚上應該大貨車比較多。
然後我關上窗户開空調吧，空調噪音也比較大。。。我開的最低檔的風速依舊噪音很大，沒辦法，我們又關了空調打開了窗户，空調噪音和貨車行駛聲音二選一。。。最後我們衹能選擇聽着大貨車呼呼呼的駛過的聲音在後半夜入睡。。。
總體來講瑕不掩瑜吧，好的地方很好，但是也有我認為需要提升的地方，

酒店房間內乾淨衞生，整體衞生整潔，離警備區很近，尤為重要的是客房部的同事服務很到位，耐心細心，在遇到問題的時候第一時間可以有效解決，這也是此次出行對天津這個城市最好的一個印象，這個酒店值得推薦和選擇👍👍👍
