3.對外國人會更友善，國人沒笑臉（點名下rosey xuan）另外你多説一句同是15層會分東西側電梯，你是超工時了嗎？
4.9月8日下午兩點五十左右在大堂大喊管家的那位（rosey xuan 旁邊那位）我真以為你要找人打我，你嗓門大我怕你
5.管家完全跟不上節奏，全部都是滯後行動，道歉很誠懇，但是我想説的是，你下班和你同事吃喝玩樂處朋友那是你的事，但不要引導我忍氣吞聲
6.服務給0.5是因為管家很誠懇，但是如果你們不懂管家服務的意義，麻煩去上海瑞吉學習下，不然改名道歉部更合適

樓層安排的很好，按要求可以看到海河景，也很安靜。不過感覺衞生間衞生不是很好，因為是黑色地面，有點臟。其他的都很好。

我衹要出行基本都是在攜程訂酒店，也基本入住五星級酒店，但是很少評價，這次一定要好好表揚一下瑞吉酒店的服務，此次出行是帶着我家八十多歲的老媽媽週末遊，在我們都回家的時候，誰也不知道老媽媽把我送她的寶石金戒指丟在了酒店裡，而酒店的服務真的是一流的，聯繫了我，問我是不是丟了一枚戒指，我還想着多半不是我們丟的，畢竟隔了一晚上，有其他客人入住了我們曾經入住的房間，就有一搭沒一塔的，當酒店把戒指照片發給我的時候，我驚訝的同時是感激，是我送媽媽的戒指，丟了長者家得多傷心，那種失而復得的感覺不言而喻，是多麼的幸福，其他服務的小細節就不説了。酒店雖然建的時間有點久了，有的設施該更換了，但是就沖這個服務，服務真的是一流的，下次再來天津我一定還住這個酒店，手動點贊酒店服務。

此次去天津選擇了瑞吉金融街酒店，非常棒。酒店
環境：心賞夜景得天獨厚。去天津之心，天津之眼，天美藝術街區，意風街，古文化街可以説四通八達。
服務：入住前台接待員介紹的細緻入微，河岸酒吧服務員也是很熱情，整體服務感覺有素質。
衞生：大堂及房間整潔明亮。
