現在的服務簡直太好了，特別感謝王磊小姐姐，服務太貼心了，簡直無微不至。房間很乾凈，隔音也很棒，帶孩子去怕吵到別人，沒想到隔音相當棒，媽媽住旁邊的屋子什麼都沒聽到，温泉中心也很適合小朋友玩，孩子玩了兩天都沒玩夠，就是温泉中心關門太早了，八點半就沒有熱水了，而且整個酒店吃飯的地方太少了，口味一般，價格也很貴，希望飲食上再改進一點

The room has a high ceiling and the internal facilities are also OK, basically meeting the five-star standard. The breakfast buffet is OK, but there are too many people and there is only one freshly ground coffee machine, which is not enough. It takes a long time to queue up. The dinner buffet is not cheap, but the dishes are rich. The hot spring is quite comfortable. Although there are not many outdoor pools, the quality is OK and the water temperature is hot enough. Overall, the price-performance ratio is OK. Finally, let's talk about the service. I encountered some problems that affected the experience, but Wang Lei, the hotel's front desk butler, arranged the overall guest room in a very detailed and in place manner. If there are any problems, he will carefully coordinate and communicate. The service is still very attentive, which also offsets some bad feelings, so it is still a five-star praise.

訂了兩個湯泉屋有一個温泉水流較小。設施有待維護

管家很貼心，入住前打電話問了有沒有帶小朋友，因為帶了兩個小朋友，提前房間做了升級，把床並在一起，準備科床檔。房間很大，環境也不錯，小孩子玩的很開心，不過小童歡樂堡是單收費的，趕上婦女節收費報價，晚上自助餐也是半價還挺實惠。就是有一點一樓太冷了，東西拿完都涼了。贈送的温泉票，換衣服的地方超級冷，跟其他的温泉不一樣，交易温泉裏面也放一些備用毯子，不然從水裡出來，要走一段回更衣室拿毛毯，真的太冷了，小孩子很容易感冒的。
