凌晨到的酒店 接待人員仍然非常熱情 還送了我打火機 房間也不錯 這個價位超出預期了 還贈有早餐 就是想嘗一下豆腐腦所以沒吃 總體來説非常棒

很少給差評，這一條差評是給到服務，服務根本不是不足，是對客人的極不尊重。電梯指示牌不到位，客人誤入貨梯，保安人員居然不做聲，挑釁的給客人指着，看不到嗎？貨梯，整個夜間服務一塌糊塗，態度糟糕，言語上完全失位。保安及前台這種不尊重客人的態度和動作語氣，都不是服務業的基本錯誤，是人與人直接最基本的尊重，看不起客人的態度玲離盡致！
