路過天津從網上選擇了這家睿柏雲酒店性價比很高，我們中有坐輪椅的殘疾人員，剛進入酒店首先看到的就是前台熱情的笑容和親切的問候，看到我們推着輪椅不方便馬上過來幫我們開門拿行李到前台，並給我和我對象兩人倒了一杯酸梅湯，讓前台給找了一間離電梯比較近的房間並很快辦理好了入住，剛給我們開門的那個經理拿着行李又幫忙給推到了電梯裏，也沒有用異樣的眼光看我們是同等的對待很感動。房間離電梯比較近進出很方便，房間整潔乾淨設施也很齊全可以滿足正常的需求。因為一些事情沒有處理完需要在這裏住兩天就在平台辦理了續住，可能因為第一天有優惠券房價低續住也沒有看清房型就又選的房價低的房型，前台給我們打電話告知我續住的房型不對就給我們免費升級了不用更換房間，我表示了感謝。下午我去前台辦理續住手續樓道的打掃阿姨看到我主動問我需要幫助麼，我表示感謝不用，到一樓電梯口和電梯廂接口不平處時沒有第一時間出來，因為我對象手腳也不方便，正好有上電梯的大叔幫我推了出來，到前台辦理續住做了房卡，應該是他們的店長正好在前台看到我們辦完手續並主動地等我問我是回房間麼，還幫我拿了外賣並幫心情給我推進了電梯裏。這家酒店不管是從領導到員工都讓我感受到了親人的關懷，服務很貼心。總之這次入住讓我很感動，酒店人員和入住客人都很幫助我們，沒有受到不一樣的對待反而都很善良，還是好人多，世界還是美好的。

服務態度不好，下午入駐時跟我們説都住滿了。半夜又進來三四家子，那個吵的整個樓道都不能睡覺！體驗感太差。第二天晚上有事半夜入駐，吵醒了我們，差評！
