第二次入住了，比第一次體驗好多了，第一次訂的房間不但比這次貴説是有窗户其實是借的職工廚房的窗户，跟沒有一樣，這次索性不帶窗户，不但環境更好，價格還更便宜，性價比還是很高的啊

很差勁，隔音非常差，隔壁房間打呼嚕的聲音就跟在你耳朵邊一樣，非常清晰，忍到半夜快三點實在睡不着，跟前台反映看能不能換個房間，前台説沒有別的大床房間了，只有標間，好，標間也可以，這種情況真的完全睡不着，工作人員説什麼？工作人員説，你定的就是普通客房。普通客房就是這樣的、請問現在哪個酒店沒有高級客房，沒有普通客房？，你們要真的那麼高級，看不上普通客房的客人，那就別接待呀，前台説讓等着客房的人員給送房卡，這時候我們在房間等。結果客房的人打電話來問是不是要換房間，客房的人還得再來問一遍原因，告訴他是因為酒店的隔音太差。他居然也是這套説辭告訴我們，因為我們這邊是普通客房。我請問，你們酒店是全員看不起普通客房的客人是嗎？房間不用換了，凌晨三點多鐘退房走人，！服務人員全程不僅一句抱歉沒有。更可笑的是。有東西忘在酒店了，第二天去取的時候，前台一聽是這個房間，直接甩臉，真是大酒店，非常厲害

這個酒店前台太差了，畢竟房費便宜，不要求什麼服務了，但是酒店前台對客人最起碼的尊重都沒有，有以下幾個問題：辦入住的時候，無緣無故翻白眼、甩臉色，然後客房有味道，打電話給前台，一頓讓保潔阿姨證明有味道，阿姨接電話證明有味道後，轉身和同事吐槽客人為了升級房子故意的，讓客人聽到後，去前台理論，前台抱怨客人有問題，他們是在説別的客户，不是説我，然後前台叫郭什麼佳，説出自己名字告訴客人網上隨便差評，他們無所謂，經理也並沒有給予處罰道歉，前台一直在狡辯
最後，態度傲慢、不熟練！！！！我現在換了個酒店，長城賓館，服務温柔又好，我不明白你們酒店差評都是因為前台為什麼不改善一下管理方式。
