衞生很差，一進去房間一股黴味，居然窗户是打開的，房間全都是落灰，四個枕頭，一個有污漬一個破的，前台先是推銷會員卡39，本來有興趣説贈早餐一類的，前台後來改口49，一下子就不想辦了，拒絕後態度一落千丈 都已經辦好的入住 感覺都不想給辦了 前台特別強調網上訂單是兩點以後入住 那你這不是有房間而且都辦好了？ 不買卡不能住？而且排的房間超級遠，開始還詢問房間是首尾房可以離電梯近點，拒絕辦卡後改口沒房了 就這麼遠，服務態度特別差，好像網上訂單欠你們酒店的，大差評 非常不推薦。

位置很方便，附近有很多小吃店，而且離天津站很近，環境乾淨整潔，很舒適，服務也很滿意，電視可以投屏，非常不錯

服務特別差，到店明明有房，但是連一個半小時都不能提前入住，找藉口説網上預訂衹能兩點入住，但是給後來的一箇中年男的就直接詢問是否入住？那他怎麼就知道那個人是不是網上預訂的呢?明明有在同一層的房間，先找藉口説沒房，然後我們發現同一層有收拾好的，前台又找各種藉口，反正就是不便利顧客。酒店設施特別舊，中間部分電梯是壞的不開放，每次都要從頭走到尾特別麻煩。18號前台的兩個人臉色都特別臭，問什麼都愛答不理……糟糕的住宿體驗
