位置很好，小區過了馬路就是海邊，沒有沙灘，退潮的時候可以趕海，下午能喂海鷗，淡季小區停車很方便，收費不高。
房間不太能看到海，能看到一架大飛機，裝修特別簡約，很新，看着顯乾淨。
廚房衞生間物品齊全，冰箱挺乾淨，雖然沒使用。
老闆挺好溝通的。
缺點:電加熱，淋浴水比較小，好在温度穩定。
房間桌子、廚房桌子都是灰，床頭有個大墊子上面也都是塵土。
吹風機實在太臟了！！！都不敢用。

環境：小區環境很好，停車方便，離海邊很近，看海鷗，看日出特別好，出小區步行5分鐘就到了。
衞生：房間佈置很温馨，乾淨整潔，傢俱家電齊全都非常新。
服務：業主人很好，非常熱心介紹當地的景點和美食。

民宿離東疆公園特別近，出小區門口過馬路就是，帶孩子出來玩兒非常方便，房子特別乾淨，也可以自己做飯，小區還有食堂，房東回覆及時，服務非常到位。

為了看紅嘴鷗跑來濱海，經過對比選擇了這家客棧，果然沒有讓我失望，房間佈置得有點田園小清新的風格，住進來感覺很舒服，客廳和卧室居然都有電視，實在是方便，廚房和衞生間一點死角都沒有，用起來太舒心了，如果下次再來，估計我還會選擇這家
