衞生：剛去的時候桌子上沒擦乾淨，還浪費了我一張濕巾。環境和設施：空調十六度還不如 26 度，開16度超強風不能蓋被子，熱死了，房間也不隔音，浴室乾濕分離不怎滴，洗個澡浴室全是水。服務：十二點前還打電話問續不續房，不續就十二點前退房，不是，請問哪家酒店還來電問續不續住，我不知道退嘛
