I booked a room for the entire night, and the hotel confirmed the order on the platform. However, I was not able to check in at 7pm and had to wait for an hour. I called the phone number provided by the platform, but they didn't communicate and only told me to bypass the platform and add WeChat to contact. Does this comply with the platform's regulations? They were rude and had a bad attitude during the communication. They charged for disposable slippers. What era is this? I didn't use the room that night, so I should have paid for the room and then returned the deposit the next day. Is it appropriate? WeChat Moments also posts content that insults customers every day. Can such bad businesses be eliminated?
