3月8日恰逢女神節，帶着老母親一起下榻希爾頓歡朋酒店，出發前就收到了酒店打來的電話，詢問有什麼特別的需求，感到很暖心。入住後感覺酒店的服務很到位，不僅在3.8節這天送了果盤，還有小花藍贈送。知道我們沒帶充電寶，還派機器人把充電器送到房間，着實讓我們體驗了一把高科技的時尚，九十三歲的老母親也是被服務員照顧的好好的，老媽説下次來天津還住這，服務好，位置好，體驗感更好！

這家酒店是精挑細選最好確定這家的，給家人預訂，衞生一定是要好一些的。在入住前擔心住不好，提前一天晚上打電話諮詢，小姐姐非常負責任加了微信給我發實拍的沙發床圖片，這才放心，入住前點了餐給孩子，因為2個孩子，套餐裏有一個酸奶，説了一下情況，又去幫忙溝通送了兩個酸奶，在入住時候送到了房間，服務真的不錯，還特意交代了是酒店贈送的哈哈。入住時給小朋友送了小禮物，給女士送了針織的花兒，很用心，第二天很快的幫忙開了電子發票，就沖這家服務下次去天津一定還會住的

出差出遊都會選這家住，衞生很好，大堂明亮乾淨，房間床品整潔乾淨酒店位置位於天津市區繁華路段附近可以逛的商場很多還有步行街停車方便到酒店辦理入住手續後就可以直接把車停到指定車位，停車免費。酒店大堂飲品區還有小餅乾。可以給消費者提供能量，還可以給我們收快遞。洗手間乾濕分離很不錯。住了幾次都不錯的。

酒店的環境非常的優越，距離各個景點的話非常的近，前台服務員小姐姐非常熱情周到，積極的給辦理入住，並給升級了房間窗户很大，能遠看到不同景觀的夜景，讓我非常的高興，早餐也是異常的好吃，準備的都非常齊全，特別美味，有天津特色的煎餅果子，還有現磨的咖啡，豆漿，頂層上還有健身房，還有洗衣房，都是可以進行使用的，非常方便，設施都很新，非常推薦入住，下次還會選擇，
