酒店位置，衞生，設施，餐食等方面中規中矩，既沒有多麼驚艷，也沒有多大瑕疵。
但是，在我們離店數小時後，接到前台電話，説房間有2個鞋拔子不見了，問我們有沒有見到，我告訴他沒有用到，更沒帶走，對方説沒關係，衹是問問。
這是本人第一次遇到這種情況，感覺非常彆扭，甚至感覺受到了侮辱！

訂婚宴訂的這酒店 家裡人從外地過來開了幾間房 房間景色不錯 但讓我很不舒服的就是辦入住的前台 2025年5月24日下午2點禮賓部旁邊前台的那女的 態度十分噁心 不配做服務人員 由此可見酒店對員工可能基本零培訓就上崗 因為有四位親屬在旁邊當場沒噴你 問你訂單是不是有早餐 回答應該有 ？？忍 因為家裡人沒怎麼住過酒店 可能對按金問題有點疑問 操作的可能有點慢 全程一直襬弄自己的手機 很不耐煩的問付一間還是兩間的按金 我再忍 不想毀訂婚心情 現在訂婚辦完了 現在衹想投訴 我也希望酒店能有所行動 酒店自己好好查監控是你們哪位優秀的員工 不在這爆粗了
