It's very close to the Tianjin Eye, and our room offered a spectacular, expansive view of it. Upon entering the lobby, Serena Qiu greeted us with a warm smile and enthusiastic service, guiding us to the front desk. There, the charming Hanah Zhao attentively listened to our preferences and professionally helped us select a room. The room itself was unexpectedly satisfying, exceeding all our expectations. Lululiu then graciously assisted us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. This 'super five-star' service made us feel incredibly welcomed and warm, instantly melting away the day's fatigue. In a highly competitive hotel industry, the staff's ability to maintain such genuine enthusiasm for serving guests is truly commendable. It clearly reflects a strong, service-oriented culture championed by the leadership, ensuring such thoughtful and professional service. Even during check-out, when the concierge was busy, the Front Office Manager personally stepped in to assist us with our luggage. Encountering such warm and welcoming service from the very first day of our trip was a true delight. We are deeply grateful to all the hotel staff for their hard work, which contributed to making our journey so pleasant and memorable. First and foremost, I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude to Jennifer from the hotel staff. Our family of four (two adults and two children) was returning from a vacation in France, and Jennifer was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, going above and beyond to meet our accommodation needs. It was my husband's and children's first time visiting Tianjin, and the views from our hotel window were truly stunning. The hotel is very conveniently located, and both the facilities and service left us with wonderful memories. Once again, a big thank you to Jennifer. We look forward to staying with you again on our next trip back home.

This May Day, I brought my parents and children to Tianjin for a trip. I had a warm experience far beyond my expectations at the Qingju Hotel next to the Xiaobailou subway station on Wudadao! When checking in, the front desk lady noticed that the child had been staring at the small kite on the decorative stand, and immediately smiled and said: ”If you like it, I'll give it to you!” The child jumped and danced with the kite, saying that this was the first gift he received in Tianjin, and even the elderly were delighted. Unexpectedly, the child accidentally broke his knee in the scenic area in the afternoon and couldn't stop crying. After returning to the hotel, Manager Bai Chen squatted down and comforted him softly: ”Let's ask the magic aunt to turn into a painless Band-Aid!” She quickly brought the medicine box, carefully cleaned the wound with iodine cotton swabs, and took out cartoon Band-Aids and small toys, successfully turning the crying into laughter. What touched me even more was that when I learned that the child was injured, the restaurant specially cooked yam millet porridge and sent it to the room, and attached a handwritten note: ”Baby, get well soon!” The room aunt not only prepared children's non-slip slippers in advance, but also thoughtfully adjusted the room temperature to the most comfortable state. Considering that we were traveling with the elderly, the staff took the initiative to help us plan the route of the scenic spots and recommended food suitable for the elderly and children. From the surprise of giving a small kite, to the professional treatment of the wound, to the intimate service provided by all the staff, every detail made people feel warm. This trip to Tianjin was due to the care of Qingju Hotel, which not only healed the child's small wound, but also made our whole family remember the enthusiasm of the city of Tianjin! Highly recommended to families traveling with the elderly and children, this is the most reassuring harbor on the journey!

The room was spotless, and the front desk service was excellent. Xiao Bailou and Langxiang Jie are just across the street. Kiessling Western Restaurant, the Cultural Street, and Subway Lines 1 & 4 are conveniently located right by the hotel. Wudadao (The Five Great Avenues) is only about a 5-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. Breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant staff were very warm and attentive. Our room offered distant views of the Hai River. I accidentally left my sun-protective jacket when checking out, and Felix at the front desk promptly arranged for it to be couriered back to me after I called. I'm very grateful! It's an excellent hotel, truly fantastic! 👍🏻 I always choose Binjiang Kailong Hotel whenever I come to Tianjin, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit! 😁

15 years in China, and if there’s HomeInn, I never hesitate to book the room, it’s always about comfort and best locations matching the great price. Here it was another wonderful stay, with the 24 hour front desk, excellent service, polite and friendly staff. The Lobby, the room and the restaurant- all just perfect. The breakfast was out of any expectations, served awesome coffee, pastries, butter and variety of jams on behalf of European meals, together with ordinary Chinese food of course. Location is just right, I grabbed the bike and explored the manor part of the foreign concessions complex in no time. Just opposite the hotel there’s a gorgeous Concert Hall, so you also easily can have a look at it and other attractions beside.

I loved Strawberry Inn! The location in the concessions is amazing, close to a lot of attractions and city center. The room was really cool, great design and amenties. The big screen for watching TV was amazing! The service was great! My flight was delayed and the clerk stayed up to let me in. The coffee in the coffee shop downstairs is also amazing!

I absolutely give this Shengyu Hotel a perfect score! On my second day, the staff proactively asked about my itinerary and thoughtfully reminded me it was raining that day, preparing an umbrella. When I checked out, I was in a rush to catch the high-speed train and left my charger behind. The front desk staff immediately arranged for a taxi to take me to the station, even refusing to charge for the errand. From start to finish, I felt valued. This kind of heartwarming service is truly rare!

The loo was spick-and-span, boasting modern gizmos. Comfort in the room was top-notch, with ample amenities. In the hallways, not a speck of dust dared to settle – a testament to their cleaning wizardry. The staff’s eagerness to assist, in crisp English no less, was like having a butler. This hotel is the bee’s knees, blending spiffing cleanliness, nifty amenities, and very helpful staff. I tip my hat to this establishment and heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a jolly good time in Tianjin.
