Tianjin Hotels with Bars

Overall nice, historical hotel with, great location to explore Tianjin. However during our stay there were some drawbacks: - The rooms to the rear of the old part of the building are really noisy, even though the windows and doors have been replaced with modern ones. It's not understandable to me why a five star hotel replaces windows and balcony doors with insufficient ones if they decide to do so. - We wanted to use the pool/wellness area, which was closed due to ”technical issues”. No further explanation, compensation etc. was given and this has not been communicated during the booking or elsewhere. - We showed up at 10:30 sharp for breakfast (which was until 10:30 at least) and were sent away since ”there's nothing left”. Also, no compensation was offered except for some cheap fridge magnet from the hotel's museum. Overall, value for money is questionable (1600 RMB for one night). Next time I will choose a hotel of an established international chain, such as Shangri-La.

We had a great stay, the room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom.. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool. The food wasn’t great though and expensive for small portions.

Shangrila Hotel never disappoints me. Always an excellent stay with Shangrila. Staff are friendly and English speaking. Spectacular view at our window. Sumptuous and wide variety of choices for breakfast buffet. Amenities are world class. The price was worth the hassle free, enjoyable and memorable experience.

In my view, Ritz Tianjin is the branch with the highest service level. ( i visited Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing financial street and Beijing Huamao centre so far) 1. 3 days before arrival - The branch called me to confirm the number of visitors (couple + 7 month old); and the purpose of visit (wedding anniversary) 2. Upon arrival - We were greeted by friendly staffs whom helped us with our 3 luggages and they did it with a smile 3 Miss Freya Luo lead us to the check in and was explaining the restaurants and facilities of the branch 4. During stay, our garbage and room was cleaned up no less than 2 times a day (we only stayed 2 days) 5. Miss Freya, also helped us to arrange parcels (mainly infant diapers and napkins) to be sent to the hotel 6. The exterior of the hotel resembles a castle and its truly special The hotel is merely a room; the service provided by each of the staffs here makes this experience truly memorable Thanks again Freya!

Highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway in Tianjin. The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious with a stunning view of the city. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The hotel staff clearly is attentive to details about the service they provide. Special thanks to Allie for her always positive demeanor and kindness.

My son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play. The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.

Superior location, convenient transportation, very good location, convenient travel, parking space at the door is very convenient, the hall is simple and atmospheric, reasonable layout, there is light music, very nice, the reception tea is very good, the reception desk is high efficiency, thoughtful, professional is very good, the room lighting is good, bright, quiet, sanitary and clean, the mattress is very comfortable, fast water, good water temperature, fast Internet speed, convenient office, Room cleaning, highly recommended

Great location if you want to stay in city center and go out to restaurants or bars. The room is very spacious. And you’ll get all what you’d expect at this price point. The views from the room are amazing as well as those from the bar on the top floor. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is located close to the Tianjin Airport. Our room’s AC wasn’t working and we could not change the room as the front desk person was not able to understand English. When we informed the front desk about the problem with the AC, we were given a Fan. We wish we could get refund for the room. Also there were few mosquitoes in the room.

Robin is my reference hotel from the Tianjin airport area, very convenient if you need to work in the industrial park. Coffee shop and restaurants a few minutes walking. The staff is very friendly and offers to help you even if they don't speak English. Just to remark that the Gym room currently is not in the best moment, it needs clean and maintenance. Also have to be careful with bad smells of moisture close to the rooms, for the rest everything is perfect. Good and big room, good shower, excellent bed... Highlight to Ms. Rita always with personalized attention, very good professional, ah! And speak English thing that is appreciated. Hotel 100% recommended. Sure I'll be back soon, Gracias!
