First time for me here. Only this hotel in this area. Everything good but reception at night shift make me feel not ok. My room in another building it’s ok. I came check in alone with two baggages. I carry myseft it’s was ok. And reception they should take me to there at least till to the lift but no and I lost the way due to late night. Hope they will improve. Thanks

I didn't expect this randomly chosen hotel to be so good. The hotel staff had good service attitude. After helping to carry the luggage upstairs, they patiently introduced the room facilities. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was included in the price of more than 200 yuan. What else do you want?

The hotel's breakfast buffet has many dishes and good service. It's great. The room is large, with a living room and a bedroom. Very spacious. Hygiene is very clean. The environment is very quiet and not noisy. The beds are two small beds. If you need one large bed, you may have to tell me first.

First day check in at night, counter staff was rude. Housekeeping took out our room card from the main slot when we were out. We always wanted to keep the room air con old to remain room cool but this hotel seems to want to save electricity. Bellboy (the bigger size guy), restaurant for breakfast buffet chef who are cooking the eggs and noodles station are the only polite and kind person we met. Need to think many times revisiting this hotel, but there are many better hotels in Binh Duong.
