We booked 2 Villa rooms for my family. My wife, my son 15, my daughter 11 and I. Checked in on time and very well done. Room has only 01 key each, a bit inconvenient but fine. The room has private Jacuzzi but only turn on when I requested to reception/house keeping. Sauna also only switched on when we showed up. It took a few min before we can enjoy the services. Large pool on 1st floor and good. No parking allowed for guest under ground garage but I'm asked to park at open air grass front yard which is fine. No cutlery prepared at breakfast, no tea or coffee offer at breakfast buffet. Food is good with both local and international. Focus coffee has good beverages but staff are not welcoming. The hotel has a great view over Dam Vac lake Overall, I grade this hotel/resort 5 stars for facility but 3 stars for services.

Great hotel and the staff was awesome! Thank you Mr.Tony for your kind assistance! The room was clean, elegance and comfortable. I love it!. Housekeeping checked in daily. Breakfast buffet had variety of healthy juices such as detox, celery juice. A great day to start the way for the healthy concious person like me. Only there is not a conveniences stores nearby. You have to well prepare for important stuffs prior to go to the hotel. However, it is very great to stay here.

The guest room is modern, spacious and very clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Some staff need to improve English e.g. at Spa but they are still very helpful despite of language. The view from the window is the mountain view and it's very beautiful, similar like the mountain picture on the head board. The hotel has Executive lounge at the roof top with very nice city view to be enjoyed at night.

The hotel was neat and the staff was friendly. I enjoy eating cocktails at the bar, especially the Jikwoo cocktail called Hoa, which was delicious, and they introduced me to many tourist attractions, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Vietnam. I liked rice noodles, ramen, and bacon for breakfast. There are swimming pools and gyms, so if you like exercise, please bring related exercise supplies
